There is no exhibition in this museum right now. What a pity... the staff is very nice and helpful. She recommended some other museum to me. Hope i can visit it in my next trip
At any case good place to visit if you want to better know Cologne. Unfortunately all labels are only in German. Though stuff speaks English. No audio guide in Russian. The one in English is of very low quality. Don't forget to take 2 euro or 50 cents with you to lock your stuff (you not allowed to take your backpacks with you).
They have nice maquettes of the city and impressive photos of the city after the bombing but that's it. Get the free audio tour as many things aren't in English. Short museum ~45 mins max
The text is only in German. There are only 2 rooms to this museum. You ca enter for free if you take the city tour bus
Great museum about the history of Cologne. It glosses over the Nazi period a bit and focuses more on the day-to-day life, but it's got a great free audio guide (in several languages) and some really good exhibits. Great to visit with kids too. Great for about 1.5-2 hours visit.
Museum about and preserves the history of Cologne. Cool winged golden American Ford car on top.
