Great location, fresh room, nice staff. Was visiting for two nights as a short vacation in January and I was very pleased with Hotel Floryan. Perfect location close to Kraków Central Station and located in the wonderful old town of Kraków. Very nice staff that really took care of you. You get a discount for the bar and restaurant at the location. Clean rooms. Silent at night. Minibar with reasonable prices. My only complaint would be that the free Wifi was slow in room 105. It wasn’t really a problem since I could use the mobile network. But if you are from outside the EU it may be an issue. Four stars from me.
Excellent hotel! Clean tidy and well purposed. Kind, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely return if on another visit to Kraków.
