Just back from Auschwitz with your company. What an excellent tour. Our lovely guide Natalia was most professional, friendly and informative. The video history en route set the scene. The audio equipment at Auschwitz was very good and Konrad delivered the tour in a well-informed manner. The company collected us from our hotel at the exact time stated and delivered us back at the end of the tour. A hassle-free day out for us.
I did a half day tour of Krakow on the 22 Feb 2018 with a tour guide named Marianna. The tour was excellent and the tour guide was great. She was very knowledgeable and patient. It was freezing but she kept going! The bus was new and clean. Highly recommended.
Tour was far too rushed with no time to read the notices in Auschwitz-Birkenau . Go on your own and have time to take it in
We went on a tour to auschwitz. The guide was monotonous, not passionate at all, very inexperienced, he avoided questions and gave very little time for it. The tour was so rushed that we even didn't get to visit everything in the camp. The other guide was seemed to be a bit more knowledgeable but she was a bit rude in answering one of our questions. We had much higher expectations for this trip and this company just ruined it!
En el tour la guía en español se incorpora en Auschwitz. El tour se desarrolla a gran velocidad, sin tiempo para observar nada. Deficientemente explicado. No recomiendo esta Empresa. Si vas sólo lo ves más tranquilo. No me gusto.
