They have tours every hour starting from 12. Really worth a visit. We usually like to visit on our own but they only do guided tours and once you are in you can understand why. You can see people working on glass as you visit. Our guide, Serena, was very knowledgeable and you can see how proud they are of the work they do. It is a great place to visit.

Informative and educational! We are not tour people but that's how this museum operates. The tour guide was so passionate, educational and informative - as well as super duper cute! She knew her stuff and answered all questions impressively. Definitely one of our favorite things we did while visiting Krakow.

Excellent one-hour tour. Intelligent and interesting delivery of the history of stained glass making, with demonstrations of techniques, methods of choosing colours, stencils and finished product. Highly recommended.

Lovely little museum and workshop. Every hour there will be an English speaking guide showing you around. You'll wait in the cafe till it's time. In the workshop there are actually people working on stained glass windows while the guide is explaining how it works. Not a huge collection to look at but if you're interested in the process this is the place to be.

Highlight of our Krakow visit. It's a workshop as well as a museum, so it has to be a guided tour. The young lady who then helped us learn how to make a stained glass panel as a souvenir was superb, with great English. Can't fault it.

Nice museum, small but worth the price for a guided tour. I recommend coming here first in Kraków so when you see the cathedrals you can really appreciate the stained glass. Our guide was friendly and gave us plenty of time to ask questions.

Lovely guided tour. Fantastic hands-on workshop opportunity after the tour (scheduled in advance). Worth every zł.

Find out about the process of creating stained glass decorations and windows. The oldest such place in Poland. Takes about an hour to see.
