Thank you driver Ang and guide Song for making the tour fun & interesting! Excellent tour and will do it again soon.
Terrible experience with this company on the full day Angkhor Wat tour. Lots of wasted time hanging around. Rushed trips around 2 of the 3 temples. Too much walking beteeen temple sites to get to the transport. Final part of the day was a sunset experience. We were told sunset was at 17.30pm and that we had 10 minutes after then to walk down the mountain. Sunset was not at 17.30pm as advised by the guide. But we were instructed by the guide that we could not stay for the sunset and had to leave. Very poor attitude from staff. Don't go with them. The tours seem to be oriented around the needs of the company not the customers. Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android
They are always busy in the office as they have many clients. I see a lot of past bad reviews as it is shared tour and problems can happen but it is not always their faults. Sometimes it is other clients cause problem. At the end of the day, they still provide good service compare to the price they charge. Very good value for money spend.
Bought bus ticket to Phnom Penh here.
*****DO NOT BOOK ANY TOURS WITH THIS COMPANY — I WAS ASSAULTED BY ONE OF THEIR TOUR GUIDES AFTER EXPOSING A SCAM**** After a couple of days of temples, I was ready for a change and booked a tour to Tonle Sap Lake (through my hotel, so I thought it would be reputable). It wasn't fantastic, but I'd been on worse. I sucked it up until we were taken for a walk through a village. We were taken to a school, and we were introduced to the teacher and students. A woman approached selling pencils and books "for the students". Being community-minded and believing in the powers of education, I gave her USD$10 (which I knew was too much, but education). When we left the school, the guide apologised and said she actually wasn't associated with the school. I said to him that he should have warned us and he said, sorry but he forgot. I was immediately suspicious. What sort of guide forgets to warn his guests about what is essentially a scam? I said that he should have said something while she was there and he replied that he couldn't. Well, I put two and two together and worked out he was in on it. I confronted him when he dropped me off at my hotel and I have never seen anyone turn so quickly. He started yelling at me, grabbed my arm, and menaced and intimidated me, blocking off my entrance to the hotel. I managed to escape, but I have NEVER been so concerned about my personal safety, and I travel extensively in Asia (and live in Vietnam). I reported this to the hotel, who rang the company and… nothing. Luckily, I had not paid for the tour, so of course, I refused to pay. I was so shaken that I have never been happier to leave a country in my life. Oh, and my research showed a number of people have been scammed this way. Google "Tonle Sap Lake scam". You have been warned.
