We spent 4 nights at the Saem Siemreap Hotel and it was absolutely wonderful. It is a 4 stars hotel in a prime location of the city. The service, the staff were brilliant! Sum Seam and his team were always very helpful and professional. You have nothing to worry about, the breakfast is one of the best that I have ever seen with a mixture of both continental and Asian, there is something for everyone. The restaurant has also a well balanced menu with a mixture of European and Asian flavours. The room was very clean, I was amazed by the centralised energy controlled system and I will not forget to mention the perfect air con system which is needed in such humid conditions. The rest of the facilities are also of the same standard. The bar, the spa, tuk tuk service at the door step and the swimming pool are just there to make your time here even more enjoyable. Anything else to say, yes: if you are planning to stay in Siem reap then don't hesitate to book this place, it is a little gem and affordable.

Beautiful hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, always on hand to help. The communal areas are beautifully decorated with local Khmer arts and objects. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean and beds/pillows nice and comfy. The breakfast was good, plenty of variety, you can even have crepes and eggs cooked to order. We loved our stay here! Just one thing - beware the mosquitos (which seemed to be everywhere!), make sure you wear lots of repellent.

Very nice hotel, the staff are extremely polite and speak good English. The whole place is very clean, the rooms are well maintained. The service is very good and for the price is also good. Close every thing in Siemreap. Wish we had spent more time here. The WiFi is perfect, works all over the hotel with no need to keep signing into it or have passwords for different floor levels. Excellent experience over all, would recommend 👍🏼

This hotel is one of the few times I’ve been blown away by the service, the people, and the rooms. It was a great price and anything we asked for was taken care of quickly and professionally. Everything was super clean and there were always drivers available. Above all else though, it really seemed like the staff were very happy to be helping you and making your stay the most welcoming and accommodating it can possibly be. Their energy and overall good vibes are the backbone to the absolutely wonderful Saem Siemreap Hotel. If I had one more star to give I would! Well deserved
