Sunway Pyramid is a shopping mall located in Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya, Selangor which was developed by Sunway Group.
The shopping mall was opened in July 1997. It underwent expansions in 2007 and then later again in 2015.
Beautiful lobby and Sunway Pyramid shopping is very convenient. The rooms are a little outdated but I understand the hotel is in the middle of renovations. Service here is always friendly and usually efficient. Only 15 minutes taxi ride from my work on a typical day if going straight to work in the nearby industrial park. Huge variety of different restaurants in the mall.

Really great place! Hours of fun with kids! Take the annul fee the first time as you will come back and it worth already after two entries. For expats, bring your passport with visa copy to get the preferential entry fee.

We had great time. Paid ‘Locker’ service is also available in several places, which we can put our valuables. There are few restaurants, with good food and beverages. Long queues for some rides. Get there early as much you possible. Can have Fun whole day. The Wild life park is also very good.

Very expensive tickets and rude staff. For a first experience, it was thoroughly enjoyable, but all was marred when our slippers were stolen. Upon reporting the theft, the staff attempted to bully us into accepting our fate and to carry on as if nothing had happened. But they ignored that I'm far from the common sheep and that I'm a trained negotiator. I managed to have them accept their responsibility and let us have new slippers from their shop. Memorable for the best and worst reasons. Will never go back there...!

Very huge theme park with dry & water park. You need one full day to really enjoy the place. Be there early as they closes at about 5:30pm. Ticket price is reasonable for the huge well maintained park they offered. Very recommended.

One of the best & must visit theme parks in Malaysia. We had lot of fun. Bar code enabled safe box, services at water sports, then wave area , bungle jump , few animals there are super. Overall we are very happy. I'm sure one day is not at all enough if you decide to complete all the items in this. This is a theme park of 6 combined. We are not interested in Nickledon so we skipped & used the time for remaining 5. Artificial beach is excellent.

Massive park with 5-6 distinct sections. Highly recommend taking the two day + overnight package because there is so much to see and do. Suitable for many ages, from toddlers to adults. There is actually a bird park and zoo section inside which was such a surprise. Once you are inside you can go for as many rides as you like without further charges, so it's very worthwhile.

A love hate relationship with Sunway Lagoon. If you visit their theme park during weekdays or non school holiday, it’s a good place for swim and fun. Some of the rides you have to wait awhile. Generally ok la. Although you paid for the theme park ticket, most rides you have to pay for it like 360 vertical drop. At least, with discount or something. Some places are needed to repairs. Luckily my kids love animal. Kinda add on.

Very big attraction park with lots of activities for all ages. It's quite fun. Expensive but worth the money. Some advice, if it's a very busy day buy the express lane pass to avoid the queues. Be careful if it's a rainy day because 5 of the 6 parks close when raining and if there is thunder all parks close. No refund. Have fun !!

Awesome place with more than 100 rides available.. also great food outlets... There's also 5d water ride experience which is simply awesome... Carry swimwear for water rides though men n women can go in shorts too or tights... Lockers are available at 22 Ringets price per locker.

The park is a one of the most beautiful outdoor park in Malaysia I have ever seen. There are different rides for adult, kids & children. You can enjoy various kinds of water games. The horror show is really horrible! Although many other show available in here. Many rides are unlimited with one ticket. The ticket for whole day. Easily a family can pass the whole day in the Sunway Lagoon.

the Park is very huge. however , i don't see variety of activities and shows.... i was there in 2009, which it was much much better and amazing. but in 2018 i visited it, but it wasn't to my expectation. Maybe because i cam from Dubai, and i have seen this much developed in Lego Water land. and Dubai Parks. you will like the wild zoo. where you can see more animals. its expensive for Non-Malaysian its 180 R for Adults and 140 R for Child.

If you are in Malaysia and you haven't been to this place that means you haven't really enjoyed your holidays. We were very much excited for our visit and thankfully we were not disappointed. All the rides were amazing and water part of it was the best. Especially the Waves Pool which opens around 5pm. Must must visit place.

It was the best experience. Sunway lagoon is an amazing place to take your kids to. It's not only for kids but also for adults. All the rides are super safe and the management is always there to assist you with anything. The food Is good and there pricing is very nominal.

I don't think any foreigner should include this resort I their plan. If you have kids this is good. They will enjoy animals and water park . I don't recommend this if you are visiting KL from any foreign country. However, it depends on your preference.

the best outdoor park I have been to. I had so much of fun with my family here. The vuvuzela slide was my favourite ride. If you are on your holiday and looking for a place to have fun with your friends or family, I would suggest going to Sunway lagoon

My favourite water park! So many attractions. So many things to do. Not just a water park either but so many different animals to see. Unique ones include white tiger and lion, panther, mouse deer, etc.

a good place for a family holiday, lots of good at local features plenty to do and plenty to eat. The hotel was adequate. we spent the day at Sunway Lagoon but didn't quite fit everything in so a couple of days would be recommended for sure.

Very disappointed with my time here. If your an adult who enjoys places like six flags in USA then don't go here... It's really a place geared towards kids. A few of the Xtreme park experiences were closed and it was a sunny day so no weather interference causing this. A great place if you have kids so don't dismiss it on my review but if your an adult looking for a few thrill rides save your money.
