I enjoyed my stay at Ossotel. Great value for money and I liked the location. Romeo's is also a good place to enjoy a meal, drink or live music. Very happy with the service I received all the staff are wonderful and happy to help. The room was lovely and a good size, very modern and included a generous amount of free toiletries. Food and drink are served by the pool and are very nice and decently priced. I will definitely stay again.

Very good value for money. Only $575 for 5 nights in a pool access room. Tried the room service once and it wasn't great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Shower flooded first night but was fixed quickly. Would stay again.

Ossotel was a great place to stay, the staff was great, and they provided daily waters. However, their restaurant, Romeo's, was very expensive when compared to nearby restaurants.

Lovely room and pool area. Reception staff were amazing but there needs to be some training for restaurant and pool staff. Breakfast also needs improvement. The shuttles are a great idea. Good location to get around Legian.
