Plaza Moreno Is one of the best places in La Plata. You can found a variety of people from locals to foreign travelers who meet up between it's bushes and statues.

It's great to go for a walk with your family and have an ice cream, it's usually crowded during spring and summer break or on holidays but you still have a lot of fun.
