This is an awesome thing to go see, almost a must if its your first time in Vegas. An explanation would not do it justice you just have to see it. One of the best spots to see it is on the pedestrian over pass that's on the right side of the fountain pool. This spot puts you high enough to get and unobstructed view. The other good spot is right in front. Another cool thing is that you will hear the fountains before you see it because when the fountains shoot water to there highest point it literally sounds like an explosion and it can be heard from miles away.
The lights here are really beautiful on the fountains. You feel like you're in the heart of Las Vegas looking at all the scenery. The light show begins every 15 minutes or so. Go grab a quick bite to eat from one of the local restaurants and take it to go so you can experience the magic while you're eating! One of my favorite things to do while I'm in Las Vegas.
- Very noticeable from S Las Vegas Blvd. - It's best to take a tour bus and walk if it's not too cold and windy. Hailing a taxi can be a pain in the neck. On the Big Bus Las Vegas bus 🚌🚍, the view is great during the daytime. But at nighttime, it's totally different in that the decorative flashing lights bring the hidden architecture beauty of the Bellagio Hotel 🏨. I would highly recommend the Fountains of Bellagio to anyone visiting Vegas.
Beautiful Attraction. Runs very frequently. There is no bad spot to watch the fountains. The shows are varied and different ones run on the same day. If you can watch it at night it very lovely
Loved the water show. The best view is of course from the Eiffel tower which is across the street. Again look for coupons so that you can get good deals. The show starts at 3pm and then it happens every 15 or 30 minutes. Each show is different because they use different songs. The best way to see Vegas is of course twice, once during the day then during the night once the city lights up. It looks beautiful! We saw the first show at 3pm from the Eiffel tower and then caught a later show at around 8:30pm, it was a different song with all the lights and it was mesmerizing! Plan some extra time because it will get crowded.
We stop to watch the fountain show on nearly every trip we take to Las Vegas. We find the shows to be entertaining and that they are free is a plus. When we are in town during warmer days, the fine spray from the fountains shooting the water so high into the air seems to cool the area a little and that is refreshing. We're going back later this year and we will likely stop by for one of the evening shows. The light effects make the show even more entertaining.
What an awesome place to visit while in Vegas. I can watch the water shows over and over. I enjoy sitting there with family and people watch and see all my the action going on in Vegas. It can get crowded so get there we’ll before showtime. Shows vary from every 15 minutes on weekends to 30 on weekdays. Great atmosphere!!
That was my favourite site in Vegas Strip. It was pretty close to the hotel I stayed. I can’t tell how many times I watched the show or how much time I spent there watching. It was so fascinating and I loved the songs as well. You gotta see it if you are in Vegas Strip.
They say the best things in life are free - certainly true for the Fountains of Bellagio on the Las Vega Strip. It is a stunning experience with amazing views of choreographed water fountains. Local folks in Vegas and tourists alike flock to this location to enjoy an iconic sight. Secret tip: For a different experience try sneaking a peek from one of the smaller balconies on the hotel side. They make for a more immersed view of the fountains. The higher, the better. (There are also balconies you might be able to access on the lower floors or on the ground floor).
Beautiful! I love this! They're fascinating and compelling to watch. We waited to see one show and at the last second they announced it was too windy for the show to begin. Watch out for the that. ALSO, we got soaked! It was fun, but wet. If there's any breeze, the spray gets you. Super fun! Enjoy!
Not everything in Vegas costs money. Some things, like this, can be enjoyed for free. This is a must see destination for any visitor to the strip. There is a lot of walkway space to enjoy this show. And during the evening, there are frequent shows. Speakers are placed all along the walkway to enjoy the music that each fountain show is choreographed to. In busy times you'll see all kinds of characters on the strip. I'd recommend not bringing down younger children later at night. But then again I'd recommend not bringing children to the Vegas Strip and Downtown areas at all. I'd suggest stopping by this at multiple times. Perhaps on your way down to the Volcano at the Mirage, and then on the way back as I did. If you manage to go up the Eiffel Tower Experience, you'll be treated to gorgeous view of the fountains. I actually enjoyed the ground level better, but it's still worth observing from up high.
Probably the best "Free" show in Vegas. If you are walking the strip you can't and shouldn't miss it. It's beautifully orchestrated with music and lighting. The fountain jets are perfectly timed and provide a wonderful dance to the music and lights. And for a rumored $250k you can start the show..... It's rumored the fountain cost $40 million. It has over 12000 jets and 4500 lights and can shoot the water as high as 460 feet in the air.
Watched a 5 minute "dancing waters" fountain display with my wife & a friend. Fountain display is coordinated with music and lights for 5 minutes, every 15 minutes each evening from 8PM to midnight while we were there. There seems to be 4 different shows each hour. The shows can be viewed from various outside locations in front of The Bellagio Casino "lake". The best view seemed to be from the sidewalk on the Strip. Good show for kids.
No matter how many times I see the dancing water its always a pleasurable experience! This hotel is one of the Best on the strip! All of the higher end stores and fantastic restaurants are incredibly popular! They always have a gorgeous themed decor in the courtyard! The rooms are extremely comfortable and the staff is always Amazing! One of my favorite places to stay!
Fantastically Romantic. Go at night. Every 15 mins a different fountain display that goes for 4 minutes. No other words to describe how big this place is - right on the Las Vegas strip. Very popular. Very busy - even on a Sunday night. Make sure you go see them, I don't know if its just a rumor, but apparently they are getting rid of them because it makes the Bellagio look too upmarket and they can't get enough people into the hotel, either that or real estate on the strip is crazy expensive. Enjoy!
When you think you have seen it all, then something surprises you. During our night tour of Las Vegas, we heard about the WATER DANCING concert at Fountains of Bellagio and wanted to see it. What a delightful performance of dancing waters that make formation after formation by the rise and fall of water that depending on the lights hitting the fountain, achieve a mesmerizing rainbow of colors that delight visitors. Without a doubt, make the time to see the magic unfold!
The Bellagio fountain is, without a doubt, one of my favorite attractions in Vegas. They are expertly crafted and synced to the music, and it is simply amazing to see the power they can produce all while remaining delicate and beautiful. It's true some songs are better than others, but it is definitely worth it to sick around and find your favorite. Even with all the people waiting to watch there is almost always room to grab a good spot.
It was a spectacular show! It literally gave me goosebumps to watch it. Just wish I had seen it at night so it would have been lit up but it was just as pretty without the lights. If and or when I ever come back I will definitely try to see it again at nighttime.
I’ve seen the fountain show a hundred times and I could see it a hundred more and never tire of it. The beautiful thing about the fountains is that they are always different, the songs are coordinated beautifully and it really captivates you regardless of the time of day. It’s spectacular both during the day and at night. My favorite is either sitting right in front of the Bellagio watching them, or nestled high above the streets in my room. Beautiful from any angle and always so romantic!! ❤️
