Lots to do for kids but the soft play was difficult for my boys to get to the higher levels. Also, not the safest soft play. There is actually a dark bit in the soft play with a sign outside saying "beware the step in the dark". My 4 and 2 yr old kids can't read that!! Why would you make the part with a step dark? The BEST ball pool ever made up for that though.

We had a wonderful family day at Trethorne. There was so much to do and we managed quite a few activities. We have booked to go back another day to try the rest! Something for everyone...toddlers, parents and grandparents. Thank you to Heidi for all her advice and guiding us in the right direction with choices. Also the member of staff in the shop/farm entrance. All the staff were so helpful and cheerful. Will definitely be back.

Great place to take the children, even if it's raining. Many indoor and outdoor activities to keep them busy all day. Benches available if you take a packed lunch, and a great value cafe available if you don't. Purchase a half price return every time you visit and you never need to pay full price entry again! Highly recommended.

Our kids love this place come rain or shine. Has a petting place for bunnies and guinea pigs. Chicks and chickens and the usually lamas. In the barn there are always some amusing goats and cows but most importantly the big sow and here piglets. Absolutely beutiful. The outdoor and indoor play areas are well maintained and there Is enough space for all the kids to play well. There is a restaurant if pack lunches aren't your thing and plenty of tables if it is. Go there and enjoy yourselves.
