Very interesting place to visit . It's a little museum that tells you the history of WW1 &WW2.
Really interesting! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn about life during the war.
Fantastic Museum, very interesting stuff and very well displayed... seeing what was available on rations and how people lived during the war years is a real eye opener. would recommend this museum to everyone... only £3.50 for an adult entry.
Great little place. It’s also dog friendly! I took my daughter here while on a short stay in Llandudno, as she had been learning about WW2 in school. It’s well put together and educational, but very small! Even though it was around £5.50 for both of us to get in, I would still say that it’s overpriced for what it is. It takes about 25 minutes to walk around the exhibits.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, it was packed full of interesting facts and items. Listening to Churchill announcing war in the wireless was eerie and really created an atmosphere, as did sitting in the air raid shelter with our torches listening to bombs falling. I'd recommend anyone to visit, a brilliant experience.
Was great, really enjoyed our visit. Nice place to spend an hour or so. Lots to see.
What a great find in Llandudno. Lots to see and discover. Only small but a lot has been packed into this little gem.
I really quite enjoyed this. Learnt some stuff too - always a bonus. I liked the fact the location is tucked away - makes you feel like you are going on a proper adventure. Ultimately, it is a collection of stuff. However, the layout is genius. Really places it into the scenario. Whilst I am only just in my forties and therefore no immediate recollection of WW2, you end up seeing artefacts that you'd see in your Grandparents' house when you were kid so it can be a bit of a trip down memory lane as well as a WW2 educational journey.
Brilliant private collection. Pure nostalgia. Recommended.
I learned a lot about the everyday life of people during World War II. For such a little museum a great experience.
