The Boleyn Ground, often referred to as Upton Park, was a football stadium located in Upton Park, east London. It was the home of West Ham United from 1904 to 2016.
The stadium was also briefly used by Charlton Athletic in the early 1990s during their years of financial difficulty.

Many football memories at this ground. Always had a great atmosphere. Will miss the Boleyn big time 😭 Unfortunately we were sold down the river by Sullivan, Gold & Brady, who we now know just wanted to line their pockets & put minimal investment back into such a historic football club. So upsetting to see how it's turned out....& the Boleyn has gone forever. Absolutely gutted.

Under re construction into something undoubtedly expensive baring in mind the heritage it's being built upon, but we'll organised, logistics as this is well under way and it's racing towards its finish, I'm sure the local residents are nt too happy, but there is a lot of worse sites around, but eventually / partially updating this part of the East end that's well over due, and thankfully the match day parking problems have been moved on to pastures further a field.
