The attraction itself is great and wax figures are amazingly lifelike. They should provide some important information prior to people buying tickets, such as the fact that you can't take pushchairs inside!...........Had I known this prior to paying for tickets online I might have thought twice about going there carrying a baby and all her stuff for over two hours! Another thing I noticed is that the Asian celebrities including actors and cricketers do not really resemble the actual person, whereas the Western celebs are exactly like the real person. Check the photos for comparison.

Very nice wax museum along with couple of shows such as Marvel heroes 5D and a taxi ride to the history. Lots of Indian stars are present as wax statue. It takes about half a day to see everything. If you are having cluster ticked with other London attraction you have to visit Tussauds first. Long on their website to get more info

A great place to go if you want to see lots of wax figures and get your pictures with them. The building is huge and has lots of exhibits inside. There is even a little ride (railway type thing) and a cinema (marvel). There were lots of crowds to get in and once you were in so I would say early in the day is probably the best time to go to view it fully.

You can check the prices before you visit here because online it says that 29 £ Pounds and on the door it is priced at 35 £ Pounds. The madame Tussauds wax museum opens sharp at 10 o'clock in the morning. I can suggest you that book the tickets online I'll so much cost effective and I also would like to suggest you that you can try to reach here earlier because sometimes It takes too much time in the standing line. So you can go here before the time to avoid the rush. It's definitely the place visit worth while.

This was my second visit in about 30 years and there have been some really good changes in the layout and additions to the activities you can do. There were queues to get in, but if you book yourself a time slot then you can get in without too much waiting time. It flows well as you proceed through the rooms and the wax figures are really the best.

Place was packed so much you couldn't get photos without someone in the background. We had fast passes which gets you past a line but everyone ends up in a big mosh pit together. They have made good use of space using clever techniques. However we left without a lot of photos due to crowded conditions and when looking back there wasn't a lot of wax works on display. Our expectations were a little higher.

This is one of the world's most best Wax Museum..... I feel it very awesome experience with this place.... The statues of Madame Tussauds Wax Museum are really awesome and they look like living ones...... The train ride and the the 4D show earned it 5 stars. I loved the ride in the old taxis. And the wax dolls were all touchable. So you can take photos hugging them. The Shrek and the Star Wars were quite good and almost alive. The ice cream and the chocolate chip cookie were superb. Try the slush at the end. It is really tasty.

Staff were rude on several different occasions, and not only to us! First we waited an hour and a half in the queue and decided to buy a merlins pass ticket which was being advertised by following the website on the posters. Got to the start of the queue and the cashier insists we can’t get in because we hadn’t printed the ticket. Tried to explain we just bought them in the queue because of the posters and he instantly became hostile and nasty telling us to stop arguing. Refused to speak to us and just called the manager who was much more helpful and simply directed us to an Internet cafe where we could print. Which the cashier could have easily informed us to do. After that we wanted to get wax hands done, in front of us was a couple who had just finished theirs but the man was slightly unhappy with the hand because it had a noticeable blemished stretch on the finger. He asked if it could be fixed or if it could be done again (I’d have done the same) and the man who made it instantly got angry saying “you should have said earlier that you didn’t like it” and actually stormed off! Then the lady that took over made a point of sarcastically asking is they were sure they liked the second hands that were made! Other than that staff all just seem to hate their jobs (apart from the actors who were great) and it really sours the whole day... people just want to have a good time. Attractions are great by the way.

Madame Tussauds is a great couple of hours out with a great Marvel and Star Wars section. The Marvel bit ends with a short 4D film shown which is a great experience if you have never been to a 4D theatre, this is included in the price. The displays appear to be a quite regularly updated with there being one of Prince Harry and Megan already there. The only negative I would point out is that the centre gets very busy and hard to move around if you go during Peak times, therefore I would try to go off peak so that the experience is more enjoyable.

Famous people through out the world are seen as wax statues.. Size is matching with real life . Most of the statues are real.. we can take photo with any of the models. Apart from that thriller show is there and finally they take us to toy train ride explaining the history of london. Simply superb. Merlin pass includes this attraction too.. better to go early as 9 am to avoid long ques..

Our daughter really wanted to go to Madame Tussauds so I bought online tickets to avoid the additional queue. It is a short walk from the Baker Underground Station which is very nice!! Lots of famous, high quality wax figures to see but there isn’t any organization to gain access which creates a very chaotic atmosphere. People can be very rude as they push around for pictures. Just know that you need to take patience when you go!! This is also the original location which makes it more special.

The visit was very interesting, place is well thought out, but can get quite crowded. We have been on one of the earliest times to get in and it was still full and when we got out (after 1.5h) there was a long queue for tickets so my advice is to buy them online. Figurines presented vary from political life to fiction with star wars having a 4D movie experience included. One thing we did not like was that after you pay for your tickets you are asked to pay more for 3 attractions inside - tea party, Sherlock Holmes and Alien. Overall though, I would recommend it for a visit.

Excellent time for the whole family. Great work of art with the wax statues. Surprisingly they let you touch and take photos really closely. Makes it an experience, instead of just a tour. The Aliens and Sherlock Holmes experiences were pretty interesting as well. They finish it all off with an excellent 4D Marvels experience.

The experience of this museum is completely ruined by the queue. The first time around we had already bought our tickets but were shown to the end of a huge queue. Two hours later we get in the door and find out there is another queue of about an hour inside to claim the ticket and select a time slot. We gave up on that visit after waiting 3 hours in blistering sun with very misleading answers from the staff. Note that people showing up without tickets or vouchers walked right in and picked a time slot. We came again at 9.30am a couple of days later and there was again an hour long queue. At the end of that we select a time slot, which was already booked until 14:00... All in all it was a really frustrating and boring experience. Buy your tickets at the museum with card and then prepare to find something else to do while you wait for your slot.
