Good fun. Mildly scary in a light hearted way. Tells stories of the history of London in an entertaining way. Actors throughout are great. Lasts just less than 2 hours. Full price cost for family of 4 is £108 🤤 not worth that. Luckily had a National Rail ticket that entitled us to book 2 for 1 tickets. Cost £60. That's more realistic! There is a height restriction on the last part of the tour- must be over 140cm. Not made clear or obvious before you go in or purchase tickets. Therefore our tour ended very abruptly out of a side door. Fell a bit flat. You definitely need to buy the tickets in advance as they sell out fast. Also will need to buy in advance if you want to use the rail offer. If you turn up with just the voucher to buy at the door, it's likely they'll be sold out.

I liked it quite a lot, it was an incredibly fun experience and more comical than scary (I guess they want to keep it family friendly, as a lot of kids go there), but still may give you some interesting jump scares if you're particularly sensitive. It was very educational too - may be the #1 bet for funnest introduction to London History of all time. At the end, it's got a store with quite amazing merchandise and a bar I haven't actually tried but looked quite amazing for a place to have a drink. I have to admit, however, that 30£ was a bit much, so I recommend buying online for 21£, which is quite reasonable for what you're getting.

A very good place. Not so scary. But a real place to spend time. They have made a storyline which is very good. They have also spent a lot of money I believe. Hats off to the actors or the stage performers. We might think it's easy but with a loud voice the have to entertain us for a very long time. I don't want to reveal the parts inside the dungeon. But it's a nice place to visit and spend time. Parking spaces have to be found. Best thing would be take an underground train or Normal bus. To Westminster bridge and u have to take a walk. Internet booking would be much cheaper.

The London Dungeon, where should I start... this place is so awesome! In London Dungeon there are people with great acting! It's knowledgeable also as it describes how King Henry treated people. The rides are very fun!! In the end they also serve food and beverages. Overall this place is amazing and people should totally visit it.

Great experience for adults and teens. Although younger children can enter (with adults only of course) it could be rather scary for little children. The whole experience is in the dark, some parts entirely pitch black. The floors shake, you get splattered with the insides of a body! It's good fun, learn lots of London facts, and not overly priced for entrance and gift shop. My only criticism is that you aren't allowed to take photos or videos even for personal use which is rather disappointing. Otherwise definitely an attraction to experience!

Very enjoyable experience. We loved the fact that all the people working there got so into character. Definitely helped the whole experience. Whole thing was like 1 hour 45 minutes, with waiting times depending on time you go. Enjoyed learning a little of London history. Some people brought very young kids, but I not advise it. My youngest was 9 and he was about as young as I would take there.

Mainly a walking show, with lots of live performers and two rides (a boat ride and a drop ride). Opportunities to sit down in the middle! Allow two hours. Definitely entertaining, the rooms are well-themed and the performers are very engaging. It's a bit gruesome in places, several jump-scares, quite dark too. Not too gory visually, but some of the performers' stories are quite graphic, but also humorous. Overall it's well worth a visit for adults, teenagers and brave youngsters if you can get a good deal!

Absolutely amazing! One of the best things in London to do with kids. Took my nine year old nephew along. Wasn't sure if he was a bit young as the experience is designed to be scary (whilst being fun) but he loved every minute. Don't be put off by the expensive ticket prices. It's actually good value for money considering that the experience lasts an hour and a half. The team of actors are fantastic and they make the whole thing really immersive. Can't really isolate any one bit as a highlight... Every corner had something new. I even ended up buying the photos that they took... Something I would usually never do! To save money, buy tickets online and reserve a time slot. I didn't do this and paid a lot more. That said, given how enjoyable it was I don't mind. Will return with my other two nephews in the Summer holidays.

A great experience, haven't been here for years. But when I did, I really enjoyed it. I am most certainly due another trip to the London Dungeon. Only recently noticed that they moved from London bridge. Please note that the recommended minimum age to visit London Dungeon is 12 years old. However children younger than this can enter but it's up to the discretion of the accompanying adult. The experience is in a dark environment with loud noises which some children may not enjoy.

Spent a fairly hair raising hour at this establishment. It is definitely very quirky and in my opinion not suitable for small children. You can be plunged into darkness one minute and then shouted at the next! To be fair, i was glad to see the outside world at the end but it was definitely an experience. Don't pay full price and you won't feel like you have been fleeced. (check out deals online). The staff are all very helpful and it is definitely an experience. Not for everyone and once done you probably won't revisit for sometime but enjoyable nevertheless.

Fun place to learn about London's history in an interactive way. Was dark and can be scary for some young children. Had a water ride which lasted a very short time and a ride in the end which was a fun finish. Loads of actors/actresses who played their role well and were enjoying themselves which is good for everyone. Be prepared to be in dark corridors and confined rooms.

As a fan of the old London dungeon I was dubious about this attraction. However I was really pleasantly surprised. It's very different to how it was, instead of moving in your own time from one exhibit to another, you're moved through a series of live presentations depicting various shady parts of London's history. The cast members made it, there wasn't a lacklustre performance among them and each set was well done with just the right amount of fun, gruesome and interesting. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The dungeon was great, I hadn't been for several years and there were a number of new attractions! All were worth it, and managed to be informative at the same time. You learn about Sweeney Todd, Guy Fawkes, the fire of London and a few others. It is extremely dark and cramped there, so it's not the best for claustrophobic people, and it can get creepy and unnerving in places but you will definitely have a good time. The final attraction was also a very nice surprise, and it's not even talked about at all! Definitely a great day out in London.

The actors here need to check on each other or whoever is supposed to be directing them need to give very direct advice because at least half of the actors were extremely hard to hear. Also there is at least one actor that plays Jack The Ripper that is far too young & actors should not go after scaring the Hell out of kids under a certain age when they are holding props that look like they could then murder the kid; kids cannot always tell what is real or fake, make good choices if you're in that kind of a role. Otherwise this was an absolute blast; most of the actors did an incredible job & were quite fun & entertaining. The rides fit in well & were great. I saw an Amsterdam Dungeon as well & was tempted to go into that one too just based off my experience in The London Dungeons.

This is one of my favourite places in the world, and definitely one of the greatest places in London. It's not for the faint of heart, but if you love all things dark and creepy then it's a great way to bring history to life all around you. Even when standing in the queue waiting to go in there's a strong atmosphere, and this continues right through to the gift shop at the end. It's interactive, and groups are not too large. I particularly like the fact that there's usually a theme. I can't wait to go back again!

Great attraction. I had nice time. Defiantly better then the time when it was at London bridge. Although i was expecting to be scared - i was not. On that note i would say guys could do better and add more horror to the act. But then kids are aloud to visit too so i suppose that is the appropriate level. The pics in the beginning are a bit rushed. I would suggest that an actor( with plain clothes) or two go with every group and they to be picked up from the group so then the interaction will be better. The drop at the end was awesome.

History + enjoyment ? That doesn’t sound believable to some but in the London Dungeon it is! Gore and comedy combined to tell some of history’s deepest darkest events. It was a wonderful journey. The actors were always in character and enjoying their roles. Definitely great experience and would recommend to EVERYONE.

Loved it. Great history lessons told by professional actors/actresses. And the special effects make it more realistic. Might not be suitable for the faint hearted and children, however. Exits were readily available f9r anyone who wanted to quit halfway. The drop seat at the end of the tour (it was written to be 33m drop but I think it was shorter) was only for anyone taller than 140cm (or 120cm? I am having doubts now).
