Thursday evenings are free. If you show your Tap card, it's two for one admission for adults. Children are free. Solid contemporary museum. There is a Lemonade restaurant right at the entrance. This museum is worth going multiple times throughout the year - even when you compare it to The Broad Museum, which is across the street. It's very well curated and a lot of thought has gone into what they are showing. A terrific place to see contemporary art with children as well.

Top notch modern and cutting edge art. This is a world class venue. Expect the unusual in every exhibit. Expect a mix of paintings, installations, sculpture, video and mind-expansion. Admission here also gets you in for the same day to their other facility in Little Tokyo - equally exciting.

At $15 a ticket, this place was really fun. The art was so fantastic and unique! The people at the front desk were very nice and the security guards were very polite too. Every room was extremely clean and there to support the art. I will definitely be going again when there's another exhibition to see.

This a very intimate musuem in the heart of downtown LA. We had a great time here and would encourage art loving friend to come and check it out. It may not be very big or as popular are the Broad across the street but it's truly worthy of your time. We park a few blocks a way and walked and it was very easy to locate.
