Great place to visit. The staff is friendly and can answer your questions. Lots of great Louisville merchandise as well as photo opportunity.

We were visiting from MD. Since we had visited the 2 major sights in KY the previous day, we went downtown specifically to start with the visitor center. There was an older white gentleman who was very pleasant and bubbly. Then there was a younger black female who clearly did not want to be at work. She rang up my purchase and you could feel her attitude. I wish I'd gotten both their names but better and worse. Anyone, the gentleman was great and was a support to our already vacation mood.
