When I first went to jubilee, I found some terrific welcoming people and was warmly welcomed by a few. After a few months I found it hard to find Friends there as it was very evident it was clicky. I was never greeted by the main pastor once and my direct leader could not remember my name and never returned any texts, where I was trying to help a friend and would of valued support. I was given the leprosy look by a few and blatantly ignored by people as well. I have looked at myself in this and at the time as do many people, I just wanted to be accepted, but was clearly not. When brothers and sisters can't even say hello there is a problem. I am thankful to all who spared time to get to know me and I like to point out that I try never to criticise church family, but by speaking truthfully it may help for some things to be addressed. Summary if your face fits your be okay, but if not your soon know. Its a shame because when you go there you really think wow with all the greetings that are going on with others. Jesus welcomed all.

Controlling and manipulative. Betrayed me and my family with actions inconsistent with Christian values. They brainwashed my wife and cast me aside. Seems welcoming and exciting when you arrive but woe betide you don’t fall in with their ‘family’ and ways. I regret every second I spent under their spell. Decide yourself but I wish I listened to the person that warned me.

As soon you walk in all negative thoughts in my mind disappears.. there are lots of people there and sometimes couldn’t decide who to speak to.. but when you do find the people you connect with they are a treasure for life!
