Very chic area near the beach. Vibrant 24 hours. Parking is ok. Good thing we have handicap sticker. No parking fee if you have one. Don't forget to take a pic of Versace's house.

Was here in the winter. Nice and sunny but not that humid. Great architecture and colorful buildings. Had a great time.

Great tour for 25 USD per Adult. Learned a lot about the architecture. Gives 10% on giftshop purchases over 5 USD and free entry into the museum. If you are less familiar with the english language, you might enjoy a self guided tour.

Just becareful of the restaurant's there they don't list there prices and they add self gratuity at 20% was surprised 4 people ate there had some tacos and 4 beers $168.00 outrageous, they will try to give you 30% off but don't tell you what they charge. So just becareful. But a lot fun walking around and checking it out

The art district is beautiful for its architectural designs, but not a good place for kids, as you will find people hardly dressed. Great place for people watching.

Museum and meeting place for the official art deco walking tours provided by the cities preservation league. The tours run roughly 90mins and are held daily at 1030AM. The tour encompasses several stops from 10th until about 15th ave.

This is a perfect place for meet up, vacation, or hang out spot. Stroll down the street for different restaurants in historic different building. The beach is right across from restaurants. Very vibrant and lively.

Beautiful place to walk and explore and feel miami culture. You can feel you are in diff place as it has its own theme and all diff outlets and stores have diff kind of architecture so def go for it.

The Art Deco Historic District is not only the most animated area in Miami Beach but also the most beautiful with its small buildings really nice to admire the day as the night.
