The memorial is located next to the Botanical Gardens. It is a great tourist location. This place may frighten small children but it would also serve as an educational opportunity. There is no name reference book at this memorial.

It's a beautiful, although a little bit creepy. Lots of information around. It definately gave me the chill walking down the tunnel towards the monument itself. It is definitely worth the detour. I would recommend without a doubt!

Such a breathtaking and heartrencing monument. A must to experience and see. The feeling as you walk through and read simply can not be captured within the pictures.

Very moving especially if you are Jewish and lost family in the Holocaust. I accompanied a group of high school students. We were shown a movie and then were able to listen to and speak with a Holocaust survivor. We later walked around the memorial.

Very good and brief introduction into the Holocaust, it's causes and how it developed. Very personal with all the names, yet typical Miami that you can hear happy Latino Music while being there.

Incredible experience, very hard to see but it is worth seeing it. It makes you feel the pain which can be rough be is necessary. The one who forget the past is more likely to repeat it. The buildings are very well design and the placement of everything feels right. Great memorial

The most original and emotional memorial. It's peaceful and impressive on a grand scale. You can learn here about history more than in any text book. Самый внушительный памятник из всех что я видел. Очень эмоциональный и образовательный.

This was a somber experience. However the truth was told. It was amazing tribute in telling the history and truth of what happened in the Holocaust. It showcased photos of real people and what really happened, as well as names of the people and families. It showed the cruelty of humanity at its worst. It also reminds us to remember the past and those who suffered and died. As well as reminding us that if we don't learn from the past it is also possible to repeat it again. This was an amazing experience and I believe everyone needs to visit the Holocaust Memorial. Let us never repeat this again. Let all of us learn from the past! Never Forget!

Informational, artistic, haunting, memorable, pretty darn amazing. Gives you what is surely a small sense of the scope of what happened. Much more than a single statue or Memorial, this is a walk-through exhibit. Well worth the trip and a real learning experience if you take the time.

My family and I went to the Holocaust Memorial on a Saturday morning. I was under the impression that it was an indoor museum but it was all outdoors. It's a circular shaped memorial and you start and go around, reading the history posted on the walls. There are several pictures that go with the readings that depict the horrors of what the Jewish people suffered. There are several statues and an area just to sit and think or pray. There was a lady that answered some questions and gave us some brochures. Overall, I recommend the memorial to help us remember our past.

Amazing place to learn some history about the holocaust. The art and structures are amazing and close distance to great shopping, eating and some gardens.
