This is one of the nicest hotels on Miami Beach. Very laid back vibe without the pretentious b.s. that goes on at the W or 1hotel. Highly recommend for a relaxing time with impeccable service. There is a great private beach section with attentive and friendly staff. There are also three separate pools each with their own individual temperatures. Pool chairs and cabanas are easy to get unlike most other area hotels.

The Setai offers a wonderful brunch exclusively on Sundays and this brunch gives you a taste of India like no other. But it still offers traditional American breakfast options as well. Service was absolutely great. Everything from start to end was fantastic. Definitely would recommend this place

We had dinner reservations. Upon arrival there were no tables available and we had to wait an hour and a half at the bar. By then we had missed the shows inside. The bar outside of the restaurant is really good. The bartenders are awesome. I am absolutely disappointed in the quality of service customer service and the overall experience with this venue. They did nothing I mean absolutely nothing to make anything right. As a local resident down the street I will be advising my friends and family never to go here

One of my favourite hotels in the whole globe. Very comfortable and nice place to stay in, kind and helpful staff, located by the beach... The inner yard is just wonderful to have a drink in the evening or to eat breakfast in the morning, speaking of which, what great and wide range of delicious dishes to choose from. Definitely, best hotel in Miami Beach!

Save your money and stay at the FEANA instead!! Way better designed, way more genuine staff, and insanely cooler atmosphere than here. As a luxury hotel designer myself, the design of the Setai could be way better. Service is terrible - rude and plays favorites based on who they think will tip. IE: My sister and I ate at the buffet one morning (very plain buffet, nothing special at all) and they didn't pay nearly as much attention to us as when we ate with my dad... WE HAD HIS MONEY and we are very experienced in fine dining and luxury hospitality. I find this staff unprofessional and rude as all the places we stay and dine with him, we've never been treated as unfairly as these guys treated us our entire weekend stay... I gave 3 stars and not one because I enjoy the bathtub in the bedroom. It was also my birthday weekend and they gave me champagne and dessert :)
