Bosco Verticale (Vertical Forest) is a pair of residential towers in the Porta Nuova district of Milan, Italy, between Via Gaetano de Castillia and Via Federico Confalonieri near Milano Porta Garibaldi railway station. They have a height of 111 metres (364 ft) and 76 metres (249 ft) and contain more than 900 trees (approximately 550 and 350 in the first and second towers, respectively) on 8,900 square metres (96,000 sq ft) of terraces. Within the complex is an 11-storey office building; its facade does not include plants.
The towers were designed by Boeri Studio (Stefano Boeri, Gianandrea Barreca and Giovanni La Varra). It also involved input from horticulturalists and botanists.

A wonderful space great for passing thru to train/metro...best place to eat, RED. Read Eat Drink. Casual and comfortable. Wine, coffee and assortment of sandwiches and bakery goods. Both times were great. U can read from their huge selection. Study, visit with friends.

Beautiful modern place with nice restaurants and shops and major brands. Stopped at the Tesla exhibit, amazing cars and the staff is so helpful and informative. The place is close to public transportation and in a walking distance from other nice places.

It is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful place in Milano recently built, surely the most important. A new space with new architecture, the city push itself up and try to be modern and cool. Skyscrapers and wooden structures, nice water games at the center. A lot of shops, a bookshop, a bank. It is, along with the surrounding zones, an amazing place for taking pictures.

Very nice place to do shopping and/or eat in central Milan. All the major stores can be found here, there are parking options near by, several restaurants within and outside the mall itself and the architecture is simply breathtaking. A must for who is visiting Milan.

It is something new compared to my previous visit. I consider to big tower a bit to megalomaniac, but the rest is OK. The park they are still finishing on the north side Porta Nuova will be very nice. Some constructions are still ongoing and because of that some areas are with restricted access.
