Guests' reviews
Just what you want at the end of a long transatlantic flight or right before you return. Big, American style rooms with good air conditioning and amenities. The staff here was highly professional and freindly. We indulged in the Happy Hour aperitif and had a good time. This hotel is very conventient to the central train station for easy airport access and the subway to go to local sights.
This was an amazing hotel with close proximity to the Milan subway line. Rooms were spacious -- especially by European standards -- bright and very clean. The hotel breakfast is quite good with a diverse number of offerings including a section catering to visitors from East Asia. Staff were all very friendly and many spoke impeccable English.
The Hilton Milan has very spacious rooms with large and very comfortable beds. My room had a balcony which was a plus. Also it serves a very good breakfast as you would expect from a Hilton. Reception at the front desk by Valentina was quick and pleasant. There was a little discussion whether Hilton Honors Gold members should be entitled to Club Lounge access or not - in the end I did make it to the Lounge and it was pretty good, also with an outdoor seating and good nibbles and wine making for a light evening meal. The lobby has been refurbished a few years ago and is quite modern, with Aperitivo Bar Concept45 as the highlight. Here they serve for 10 euros a sizeable drink with six different warm and cold nibbles, quite a good deal.
