Pleasant stay with exceptional service. Not really 4* facilities and overpriced extras, but I suppose that is standard for Milan centre.
Excellent location and friendly staff however the rooms felt very "unmodern" and the breakfast was not that great.
The hotel’s location is fantastic (10 minutes by taxi from the central station and 10 minutes by walk from Duomo). The staff are friendly and helpful, ambience was welcoming. The rooms are brand new and amenities are well stocked. The only criticism is that the breakfast selection is very small.
