Guests' reviews
Very clean, great prices and very nice (closed/private) parking. The only downside is the location, although it's very close to a metro station, the surrounding area is very dirty and dark at night. The receptionists are very very helpful, breakfast okay. Room for 3 people was big and comfortable. All in all, very satisfied.
The receptionist was pleasant, and i was given a room without a wait. The room was fine, but I got 3 separated twin beds in my room, despite it just being me. I had reserved a room with a larger bed, but I didn't really mind, since I was so tired. The room was a little too warm, and when I tried to turn down the thermostat, it wouldn't respond. Also the A/C vents looked as if they had recently been worked on, since the ceiling tiles were disjointed, and appeared misplaced. The rooms were very well insulated to the outside/city; however, I could hear every minute detail that occurred in the hallway. Luckily everyone was very quiet and conscientious. The location is great. It's got a secure parking lot at no extra cost. You're not far from Napoli Centrale, and there's a delicious pizza place only a few blocks away from the hotel. There's also the metro location a few blocks away too, and the receptionist was very kind and showed me many places to visit. All-in-all, it isn't the best place I've stayed in, but it was convenient, and at a good location. I would stay here again.
We stayed here on a short trip and it was better than expected. We rented out own car and it was easy to get around to Naples downtown and anywhere else from there. The parking is free and secure . Even though we arrived super late (1 AM) they welcomed us in, offered us tea, and gave us information for places to visit and eat. The room is spacious, clean, and has a large bathroom. The room was kept nice and warm and the breakfast was a nice bonus. They offer a decent selection of breakfast and for an extra 25 euros you can have dinner (we are out). We had a good stay and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers if you need to be close to downtown or the US consulate.
