Gorgeous retreat situated on the cliffs of Negril. Beautiful combination of sea and garden. Excellently maintained throughout. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. Open air spa is strategically located to lend privacy while exposing you to the sights and sound of the sea.

My husband and I stayed at the resort this thanksgiving for 8 days. Every room is a minute walk to the ocean front bar with sunset views. Easy access to the ocean, great snorkeling, saltwater pools, delicious food and drink. Loved swimming with Ozzy and Rosa!

Quite noisy. Very close to the road, near constant truck, motorbike, and beeping taxis. White noise machine provided didn't help much. Bed sagged to the middle, pillows were very lumpy (replacements were as well). Outside areas and views were beautiful but noisy (traffic). Windows with screens could not be opened as blocked by bedposts, lamps, and a TV.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The room is very spacious and you I can tell that it was built with high quality materials. The staff are extremely friendly and warm. They have sand and cliffs, so you don't have to choose. The salt water pool is a great idea and very refreshing. The owners will join you at the bar for a drink which is awesome! And I can't forget my personal favorites, Ozzie and Rosa who make appearances all over the property. My wife and I have found our summer vacation destination for years to come.

Spacious room, although oddly placed shower that could cause you to trip if you're not paying attention. It was a fantastic place to relax. It's a small place, so no fighting to get a lounge chair. And hammocks! Gorgeous sunsets, friendly people. I got to swim with the owners' dogs, Rosa and Ozzy. They were adorable! And as soon as you get in the water you see coral and all kinds of colorful fish. It's a gorgeous underwater world, just a few steps away. The whole trip was a great getaway.

Hotel and everything associated with it was phenomenal. Only complaint was at checkout they tried to toss a $200 private ride on our bill for a ride we never took. If I didn't take a look at the itemized list we would've had to pay this. The front desk asked if we were sure we didn't take the ride probably 3 or 4 times skeptically. They eventually let me checkout without having to pay for their mistake, which was a relief.

Aside from the hotel being almost 2 hours from Montego Bay. (Airport), my experience was great. Pictures did not disappoint. The hotel or should i say the theme and the atmosphere was different which made the experience for my boyfriend and I more romantic and special. Pleasant staff. My advise for anymore considering a stay is to reconfirm the amenities that are and are not included in the stay because there was some misunderstanding and no transportation to the hotel. Gladly however we called the hotel and arrangements were made.

The resort is absolutely beautiful with amazing views. My husband and I stayed in a seaside cottage which is the best. It has a fantastic patio with a gorgeous view. The food and service is 5 star quality. The staff treats you like family and goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is perfect. Staff Bobby excellent. Bar staff Ricardo and Hassan are fantastic. Restaurant staff and chef Kirk are wonderful. Food is farm to table and made to order. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious. Driver staff Cliff and Audrey extremely kind, timely and courteous.

I’ve been going to Jamaica annually for most of my life and have stayed at a variety of places (large resorts, private villas, and everything in between), and I can honestly say that this is the #1 place I’ll recommend from now on. It has everything you could possibly ask for in a Caribbean hotel: amazing views, incredible snorkeling onsite, really nice pool, comfortable and well-kept accommodations, delicious food and great menu, and the friendliest and most welcoming staff! All of this is on a quiet- but not stuffy, secluded- but not desolate, and intimate boutique-style resort. They help you have the kind of trip you want; if you want an “escape” you’d be totally satisfied staying there all day, every day for a week and feel comfortable. Yet they have a list of recommendations for nearby dining at other spots, and have knowledgeable drivers on call to take you. Same goes for sight-seeing and other hot spots- they make it all so easy! We absolutely loved our time there, and plan on returning. They also have two of the cutest and friendliest dogs ever! If you’re an animal lover, you’ll be happy to know there are some sweet and happy pups there to play with. Really think this is the perfect place for a Caribbean vacation! HIGHLY recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. And my stay here hasn't even ended! The property is amazing. My room is literally 25 feet from the ocean.The staff are absolutely incredible. They are ridiculously welcoming and accommodating. They will bend of backwards to make sure you have the best experience possible. And the on property restaurant is phenomenal. Don't miss the Jerk Chicken Alfredo or Seafood Linguine. Finally the owners are absolutely amazing. Shane walked by and saw me sitting on my balcony with quite the sunburn. Without me asking, he had the staff bring to my room fresh cut, right out of the garden, aloe vera on ice. And that is exactly what I've seen from eveyone on the staff - they go one step beyond, in everything they do, to ensure you have the most amazing stay in Jamaica The Spa Retreat Boutique has my highest endorsement
