Lodi Gardens is a city park situated in New Delhi, India. Spread over 90 acres (360,000 m2), it contains Mohammed Shah's Tomb, the Tomb of Sikandar Lodi, the Shisha Gumbad and the Bara Gumbad, architectural works of the 15th century by Lodis - who ruled parts of northern India and Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of modern-day Pakistan, from 1451 to 1526. The site is now protected by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI).
The gardens are situated between Khan Market and Safdarjung's Tomb on Lodi Road and is a popular spot for morning walks for the Delhites.

Place is kinda popular for couples as it offers a lot of stuff for an amazing date. You'll be amazed to see that places like this exist and are available for you to visit any time.

Perfect getaway for a morning walk or a peaceful stroll in a quiet garden along with historical monuments. This place is really close to nature and you can feel that in the wind be it morning or evening. People come here to walk, jog, exercise or just for fun. I even saw a couple there for their pre wedding shoot and a song being recorded near the tomb. Must pay a visit if you're a monuments enthusiast.

One of the most sought after public parks of Delhi, this well located park is a morning walkers delight. It's well maintained greens amidst some amazing Lodhi era monuments makes it a lovely experience to be spending time in. However, its becoming too crowded over the years. Too many picnickers especially on weekends and public holidays is becoming an irritant. It's a lovers delight too, as there are many cozy corners where you can spend quality and serene time, whispering sweet nothings, while holding hands with your lover!
