This place is figuratively heaven. Just heaven. If you love nature, you will instantly fall in love with this place. I travelled 7+ monuments and historical places in one day and this was more mesmerizing than all of them. You should visit this at least once every month. Place is kinda popular for couples as it offers a lot of stuff for an amazing date. You'll be amazed to see that places like this exist and are available for you to visit any time.

Very nice place to get fresh air especially in winters when you can have a family picnic. Best part is that the crowd is good and people generally nice. This place has many old monuments where one can get clicked but be warned, video making is not allowed. I wish lived closure to this beauty.

Perfect getaway for a morning walk or a peaceful stroll in a quiet garden along with historical monuments. This place is really close to nature and you can feel that in the wind be it morning or evening. People come here to walk, jog, exercise or just for fun. I even saw a couple there for their pre wedding shoot and a song being recorded near the tomb. Must pay a visit if you're a monuments enthusiast.

Beautiful green and colorful garden midst the concrete jungle that Delhi has become. NDMC maintains it very well. In spring you can see blooming flowers everywhere. Main attraction of this garden are the Lodhi era structures scattered all over the place. Besides this there is a small swan lake as well. Winter/Spring are the best time to visit.

Pleasant way to end your Delhi trip. This is the perfect spot to organize your picnic and escape the hecticness and pollution of the city. In a certain way you have the feeling wandering in an exotic fairytale while exploring the various ruins in the green nature. Nice to the possibility some squirrels and birds might accompany you. Very popular among the local population (picnic, soccer, yoga) as well. Entrance is free. There is a nice restaurant connected to the park for all those who are keen to grab something to eat/drink after touring through the gardens. All over greenery is found here. One can enjoy here a lot. A very peaceful place situated far away from city rushy life.

It's a beautiful garden. Trees are quite good, very green. Cleanliness is the main issue. The walkways we're Sandy, it should be clean. Also lawns doesn't have grass a lot. Very important : Visitors should be control bringing their food and partying there in a groups. Or if not stopped then somebody should monitor and control the cleanliness of this wonderful garden. Put more garbage bins and sign boards to use them.

This is one of the most maintained gardens in New Delhi. You will find people from different forms of life of all generations enjoying activities. Once you enter the Lodhi Garden, you get to feel the history in its air only. Today it serves as one of the best jogger's park in Delhi. You can find a large variety of people early in the morning at Lodhi garden- some joggers while some fitness freaks practicing yoga or meditation amidst the lush green environment.

One of the most sought after public parks of Delhi, this well located park is a morning walkers delight. It's well maintained greens amidst some amazing Lodhi era monuments makes it a lovely experience to be spending time in. However, its becoming too crowded over the years. Too many picnickers especially on weekends and public holidays is becoming an irritant. It's a lovers delight too, as there are many cozy corners where you can spend quality and serene time, whispering sweet nothings, while holding hands with your lover!

Beautiful place to visit especially at the time of early morning .You can visit the pond side There are ducks and parrots over the place. Both the tombs are broken and dirty on the inside but are good from the outside if you have a PHOTOGRAPHIC intention. Morning walks and evening walks are a good plan. Warning-DO NOT VISIT WITH YOUR COUPLE PARTNER IN THE AFTERNOON IF YOU WISH TO SAVE YOURSELF THE EMBARRASSMENT. explicit content behind the bushes .

Nice place to go for a picnic and hang out with friends. The tombs are nice and exploring them is fun. There are lots of unique birds and the hill like mounds are covered with soft grass which is perfect for rolling on. There is an outdoor gym. The place is perfect for jogging and you see a lot of people at around 6 to 8 in the morning. There are washrooms as well as drinking facilities. There is also a lake with swans though most part is covered with algae. Overall it can be a very nice experience.

This one of the most prominent and well maintained gardens in Delhi. It is also home to tombs of the rulers of the Lodhi Dynasty. The tombs are a fine structure of Lodhi period. You will also find a beautiful pond in here, with white swans in it. This place is ideal to visit during evening and morning. It does close before sunset. Must visit if you want to gaze around the garden and see the spectacular tombs of the Lodhi times.

A place for a perfect family/friends picnic or outing. The Garden is beautiful with many monuments in between. Perfectly maintained park, an open gym, a pond with fishes and all. It's huge. You will find food/snack vendors inside. The best time to visit is dusk or dawn. It's beautiful to watch sunset while sitting on the grass.

A lovely park for runners and for those people who are into yoga. It has a 2 km running track and is filled with runners and health conscious people from around the city. The best time to visit it is 5 AM in three morning when you can easily get a parking and experience the beauty of this place. It has a lot of small bridges and and few ancient monuments which makes it a very attractive garden to walk in. It is also filled with flowers and plantation of all kinds. It's also bio friendly as it has many free toilets inside the park but you are not allowed to change clothes there.
