I came here 1st time in 1980 by coincidence I found this Church covered in Gold & with a lovely design on the high ceiling & walls very fascinating! Turrets are lovely & I prayed inside the Church only later I read that it was a Russian Orthodox Church. Our Armenian friend has come here, too it s gorgeous & relaxing. I prayed here for 2 hrs

Beautiful little Russian Cathedral in Nice. It was located not too far away from the central Nice train station. There was a small ground with seats to sit and relax. There seemed to be a 50 50 split of locals and tourists during our visit in November.

Astonishing architecture, and a great place to enjoy some peace and quiet. Too bad this cathedral is not as well known as those in Moscow or Sankt Petersburg, because it is just as beautiful and impressive. You can also learn a lot about the Russian history while you are there.

There was a ceremony and my friends were wearing shorts which wasn't allowed to enter. But it is really beautiful both on the inside and outside. A small kilometer from our hostel, good little trip before dinner.

A cool church that you really should visit if you are interested and have time for it. It's situated in a small garden with a café and a few tame bunnies which made for a really relaxing atmosphere! The only downside was that it was forbidden to take pictures inside the church.

You can take the slavs out of East Europe but you can not take East Europe out of them. We visited the church on a Sunday. The yard of the chruch was packed with expensive cars that brought women at church wearing veil on their head. The cheap car were aligned outside of the chruch on the road. In the yard there were sitting places but the view to the church was obstructed by cars parked everywhere. The church interior is small. Exterior is representative for the Russian stile. The grace on the road to church yard could be better taken care of.
