The City of Norwich Aviation Museum is a volunteer-run museum and charitable trust dedicated to the preservation of the aviation history of the county of Norfolk, England. The museum is located on the northern edge of Norwich International Airport and is reached by road through the village of Horsham St Faith. The museum welcomed its newest exhibit in October 2020 when it received EL-RJN this aircraft is 21 years old and is an Avro RJ85.
In 2016, a number of aircraft had to be moved to make room for the Northern Distributor Road. Although part of the museum property was given up for the road, the footprint of the museum actually grew slightly due to a land swap.

Nice little museum where you can get up close with some lovingly restored and cared for aircraft. We were easily there a good 2 hours and would go back again.

Quick and cheerful. When arriving we were greeted by a very helpful fella. He explained what was where. My daughter and I wandered around for about an hour looking at all different aeroplane parts and then we went outside to see the planes. I enjoyed looking at them all. I think this place would work better we a guide to explain more about the planes.

Great little museum to visit. Staff are really friendly. And doesn't cost very much to get in. However would prefer them to add the cost of entering the actual planes in the entrance price rather than having to pay seperatley.

Great Musium... And they have a Vulcan... Win win

Nice local aviation museum. Tours of Nimrod and Vulcan are excellent, and definately worth the small additional fee to be taken around them. Tours are not always available though (dependant on them having appropriately trained volunteers in), so would recommend phoning ahead to check if you're interested in this. Small, inexpensive cafe selling drinks and prepackaged cakes.

Lovely little museum, really interesting range of wartime artifacts and a good selection of aircraft. Reasonably priced cafe selling teas and coffees and a range of prepared snacks. Very friendly staff - overall a very enjoyable experience.

This is a great museum! Many interesting (and very well documented) exhibits and very helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. I took my young son (age 7) and there was plenty to keep him occupied as well. Highly recommended.

Second visit to this museum. I took my grandson and he loved it. Great place to spend a morning, very friendly staff super exhibits, both indoors, sheet the are lots of displays, and lots of planes outside, some of which you can get to go inside.

A must see. Not a huge place but very interesting never the less. We always take our children as they love going. Little cafe, friendly staff. And a small but WELL PRICED shop with something for even the smallest pocket. Well done City of Norwich Aviation Museam

Great place, could have spent much more time there. Definitely want to go back and try the hunter simulator.

Reasonable entrance fee. Some of the exhibits are looking a bit tired but to be fair they are outside exposed to the weather. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good for a morning or afternoon visit.

Some serious hardware on display here. Very interesting visit, lots of local aviation history, and a Vulcan and lightning on display amongst others. Great. Little confusing to find off new dual carriageway as it is not signposted until you are off it. Don't follow for airport or park and ride, its over the other side....
