Always a treat. This venue is architecturally set apart so that as you arrive you know you are someplace special. Security screens bags purses and use a magnetron; they process you efficiently. Restroom areas are perfectly clean and bright. Concessions are vended by professional bar tenders, the theatre is attractive and spacing between isles adequate. Parking can be an issue. Valet is worth the money. Go to Dr Phillips Center for a nice time!

The theater is excellent. Great acoustics. We were row B, great seats, but the construction outside required being there long before the performance. Got a little bit lost because there weren't as many signs to show the detour to the valet parking and the info that came up on my phone was only useful if you already knew your way around downtown in Orlando. But the venue is great.

5stars easy! A great venue for theater, recently saw the lion King here during a sold out night! The center was clean, and all the staff from valet to ushers were courteous and knowledgeable! One thing I am extra impressed with was the speed and efficiency during intermission. If you want to grab a drink or snack don't be off put by the lines, because oh boy do they hustle!

Great venue to watch a play. Most seats have a great view. It's clean, comfortable and great to watch a show at. Only issue is parking can be a hassle. Luckily I was able to buy parking before the visit which I highly recommend. You'll have to to a little walking from parking garage unless you do valet parking.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible the Dr. Phillips center and the people who make it happen are! I'm new to the area and have been here twice to see shows. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, there is no "bad seat" in the house, the doors for entry to the Walt Disney theater do not disturb anything when opened or closed during a performance, and the seats are very comfortable. As for the service, I can not be grateful enough to the staff there for their extensive kindness. I had ankle surgery and both times I've been to the Dr. Phillips Center I've been better cared for than when I was in the hospital. Honestly, I've never seen a group of people work so well together to help me be comfortable so I could enjoy the performances. They have excellent accommodations, they are thoughtful, helpful, caring, and when there was confusion on my part about how the handicapped seating works, they took time to understand the situation, find a few solutions, and offered me the choice of which I wanted to utilize. I opted for removing the seats so I could sit in the wheel chair, and at 5 minutes before curtain, engineering came in and removed the seats. I can not thank the team enough, because we were there to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and without their assistance I wouldn't have been able to sit through most of the performance. Thank you, Dr. Phillips Center, for being exceptional!

Love this place. Not really a bad seat in the house, but the center mezzanine makes us the most happy. One day we will be able get box seats before they sell out. It is upscale but relaxed and welcoming should you choose to keep it simple. Enjoyed all the events I've attended there this year. It makes going back to Bob Carr feel like torture. Can't wait for full circle theater to be completed. We plan on becoming members soon. So worth it.

Beautiful facility even though outside has major construction project on the side of the building. Pedestrian walkway was clearly marked to keep attendees safe. Extremely friendly and helpful employees. Only problem I saw was long lines for restrooms and drinks at intermission.

This building is absolutely gorgeous both inside and out. The actual theater inside is a good size, not overwhelmingly large. The people that work there at the most friendly and helpful. Always a great experience.

What a gorgeous venue! The lobby area is beautiful, and the bathrooms are super chic and always clean. The acoustics are great, and you can get a nice view from just about every seat. The intermission snacks are a must.

So first I would have given 5 stars for the facility and staff except the the fact that the beverage and snack prices, even though i would expect them to be top price, are over priced. Someone needs to review the licensing agreement with that vendor and the profit margin required versus a price gouging approach. Everyone pays a lot to attend events there so let's just be a LITTLE more reasonable with beverages and snacks. All that said, the venue is always super clean, pristine experience and helpful staff whenever you need any assistance or information. The security screening process works to be as quick and low key as possible. I personally really appreciate the staffs approach to quick service to ensure everyone can move in quickly and be processed and secure.

At first, I was against this place being built. There was nothing wrong with Bob Carr. But during public viewing day I fell in love with the building and almost came to tears. It felt like we were finally a big city. The very first show I saw was Elvis Costello. It was the most wonderful experience because from the time you get through the door, through security check, and then you’re in your seat very quickly. The design of the building is flawless for each type of event.
