A really wonderful Park in the middle of a busy City. I love that this is the location for the Sunday farmers market. Street parking is hit or miss. Dogs on a leash are welcome, which is a really nice added feature. There always seems to be an event going on on the weekend so this is a lively destination. A vending machine near the restrooms that sells water and maybe juice for the kids would be awesome.

It's a Fantastic Park for various purposes to visit. Can be a great play day with the children. Can be romantic to walk around with the beautiful scenery. Adventurous with the swan boats. Relaxing for some yoga. Casual gathering with friends to catch up between fresh air or while grabbing a bite within the park, interesting and fun events to be part of or to enjoy them...... so in summary, just a place to get out of the ordinary day.

I love Lake Eola Park and the lake so much that my husband and I purchased a home in Lake Eola Heights. Just 4 blocks away allows us to walk to the park every weekend and enjoy all it offers. There are restaurants near by and there's always something going on like the spring festival, fall festival, multiple concerts and events, races, walks for charities, fireworks on the 4th, and much more. If you haven't been there, you should check it out. Enjoy a stroll around the lake, shop at the Farmer's market there on Sunday's, or picnic in the park or have a meal and or drink at World of Beer the lake or the park restaurant or, rent a swan paddle boat and ride around the fountain in the center.

We spent the day in the park, which had a farmer's market, which is held every Sunday. Absolutely beautiful lake and park with an eclectic gathering of arts and crafts, with fresh produce stands. We bought a variety of produce, which I might add was top of the line and very tasty. It was a great outdoor activity for the whole family. A must for any first time visitors to the Orlando area or anyone else that wants a bit of natural in the busy city.

One of the best parks in Orlando. Restaurants and bars in places around it. Some nature, specifically swans and ducks. Lots of people and other pets. If your dog isn't used to these sorts of things, great place to take him or her to experience something new. Oh and by the way it's open till 12 a.m. which is what makes it one of the best parks in Orlando.

Tranquil and beautiful park with lush vegetation and great view of downtown Orlando. When I was there, pretty swans were enjoying the water, along with their cute baby chicks. It was so much fun to watch them. They are friendly and used to people, although I advise everyone not to approach them and just enjoy from a distance. The gazebo adds to the serene atmosphere of the park. I definitely recommend to visit for a stroll, run, walk with the doggo, or whenever they have an event going on.

The large lake fountain is beautiful and historic to Orlando. It adds a unique touch of class to this community park. At night the fountain changes colors. Strolling the entire walk way with a friend or someone special is usually safe and one of life's simple pleasures during Feb; March; April.

In A Nutshell: -Wow, in a state full of lakes, Lake Eola in downtown Orlando is perfect. -It's a small to mid-sized lake with a nice trail. -It's a good enough distance to walk or jog around for a decent workout. -The scenery looking towards the city skyline is picture perfect (as seen below). Overall, I wish we had a lake like this in my hometown's downtown.

What an amazingly beautiful Park. so much to offer. Beautiful art installations, fountains, wildlife, and eateries. They have Swan Boats you can rent to go out on the lake. A lot of activities going on all the time. I was there for an ME rally. The Muse in the park was an amazing sculpture. The park employees will helpful also. The rally was to take place at the muse and because of a lot of rain they allowed us to use the amphitheater. To have these kind of events there is a fee. The only unsettling thing to see there is the amount of homeless people.

Nice clean quiet park had a great time on the swan boats (maybe helped that I wasn't peddling) 😁 plenty of things to see and do thankfully was nice and sunny so helped makes everything better. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife - swans ducks fish and turtles. Had a nice meal at world of beers too highly recommended.

Very inexpensive! You get 30 minutes to ride. But trust me! 30 minutes will feel like an hour long workout! There a nice restaurant nearby with great food and cheap drinks.these are swan boats so you have to peddle yourself.

Beautiful park! My boyfriend and I visited this while we were in FL for a wedding. We walked all around the lake, came across entertainers, an arts and crafts festival, and lots of pretty views. There was so much to do and see and we both had a great time. I would definitely recommend this as a park to visit with family.

Nice place to relax on any day, weather permitting. Be mindful of where you park during the week days, but the weekends are better. For families with children and pets or just couples alone. Nice area downtown to hang out for about 2 hours or so. Playground for children. Wildlife running free but not bothersome. Plenty of selfies backgrounds.

Located pretty much at downtown Orlando, Lake Eola is a clean, neat place to take family, or just walk around by yourself. During early mornings, and weekdays, there is solitude and peace in this place. Occasionally there are activities at night, and, our course, nightlife around it is vibrant as well. There is a children playground, which is very nice if you have them.

One of my favorite places to go for a stroll and enjoy the scenery. The swans are well taken care of and seem to enjoy the people just as much as the people do for the swans. The park if one of the most beautiful additions of our City Beautiful.

On a short visit Orlando while the older kids were at themes parks, we tried to find a place cool and free to spend some time with the youngest one. Googled and found this place about 1/2 hour from our hotel. It seems quite and cool enough for us to take a walk. Highly recommended if you don’t have a place to go and have to avoid the Orlando’s heat.

Went on a Sunday. They had a great farmers market there. The produce was over priced though. Would go back though. Had TONS of other things. Home made bread to TONS of stands to buy all kinds of drinks.

My family had lived in Central Florida for over 10 years, but never tried the swan boat ride. Finally last weekend we decided to go. We arrived at 11:30 AM and we just had to wait 20 minutes. My 6 year old son watched other people get on and off the boats and was full of questions. Once we boarded my husband and I started peddling, I was surprised how fast we were moving. My son was looking out the sides of the boat with intense curiosity. We went around the fountain, toward the farmers market and then headed back. A this point our son crawled into the front and tried his hand with the controls. He easily got the hang of it. I regret not letting him peddle. On our way back we got within 4 feet of a trumpeter swan. As we were close to docking, I asked our son if he would tell his fellow campers about this experience. He said, "no mom, they would get jealous". He got off smiling and ran a bit in front of us. We were a bit tired, the boat gave us a bit of a workout. Later that night our son said it was a wonderful day, and hoped to have more like it in the future. This is good family outing for a relatively low cost.
