Nice place to walk, especially during the winter lights season. Went mid week, the lights were beautiful, the crowds weren't bad and the food stalls were tasty. The projection mapped show on the old city building was pretty impressive and surprisingly not overly crowded.

Nice place to visit if you love flowers, lots of various species of flowers here. And some of them is planted almost 100 years ago if I am not wrong.

Lots to do throughout the summer with festivals pretty much every weekend. Beautiful when the roses are in bloom.

It’s nice park. We ‘ve visited rose garden. It’s beautiful garden with many types of rose flowers. Beginning of May is the right time to visit. Flowers are full bloom.

Pretty park with tons of varieties of roses. We were there a bit early in the season so nothing had bloomed yet but everything looked really well taken care of and I'm sure in a few weeks the park will be gorgeous. Lots of benches and areas to sit. Overall, just a nice spot to relax a bit.

Well preserved small gardens when i visited atleast 10 gardeners working on it. Not currently in bloom with the main flowers but a good quick visit to pass time. Would recommend if in season or if you have time to pass.

It's a relaxing park. It's a nice escape from the busy city bustle. We came here when there wasn't anything particular going on. Probably only worth visiting when the roses are blooming as many other guides and reviewers mention.

Really good collection of roses. Great place for a stroll around in the day time, although, I would suggest to bring an umbrella if you’re there in the middle of the day as there isn’t too much shade.

Visited 19th June. Aside from chatting with a sleeping raven on the Tenjin Bridge, a pleasant stroll in the rain through the gardens was very pleasant. The large number of little birds chirping away made the stroll very relaxing.
