Fantastic hotel and fantastic staff. My sister lost her headphones on the Shinjuki and they were able to track them down. Amazing!

Great location for travelers. Nearest train station will be few minutes walk to Kitashinchi Station. Indoor swimming pool is a plus too.

Location is very convenience. It's just another standard Ritz Carlton service. My only complaint is that the bed is a bit too soft for me.
