Frank Brown Park is a 200-acre (0.81Â km2) outdoor recreation facility in Panama City Beach, Florida. The park hosts various sporting events throughout the year, and has facilities available for public use.
Organizations such as the Ironman Florida Triathlon, United States Specialty Sports Association, National Softball Association, Grand Slam Baseball, United States Fastpitch Association, Independent Softball Association, World Softball League and the International Flag Football Association hold championship events at the Frank Brown facilities.
Massive park with lots of features and activities. Really good outdoor basketball courts -- have a cushioned feel to them. Super tough to shoot when windy, rims are super solid requiring you to not hit the rim on outside shots. Only have open gym two days a week for a couple of hours if you prefer to play inside.

They have two separate off leash areas for dogs. They are a welcome place for our small dog. Not very big, but there's a shelter and table for owners. They have improved this area the last couple years. They are trying! Nice pond to walk around, on leash.

This is a wonderful park with plenty to do. They have basketball courts, tennis courts, dog park, walking trails... (Gayle's trails) baseball and softball tournaments are held here, and there is also a wonderful aquatic center. A large parking area is provided and the have lights on at night. There's a great little pond that you can fish from a freestanding pier and watch the day go by. You can often see beautiful wild birds here that visit to bathe. I really enjoy Frank Brown Park and it's worth a visit for sure.

I was there with my dog. The dog park is great. He got to get wet in a small pool, run with lots of other great dogs. There are separate areas for you to spend time with just your own dog or to keep the tiny dogs apart from the big guys. It is very nice!

Nice dog park. Finally an off leash area large enough for big dogs. Has drinking water, pool fun and clean. Big gazebo for shade.

Great public park. Has tennis and basket ball courts, baseball and softball fields even tiny t-ball with artificial turf. It also has soccer fields and a large open venue for outdoor concerts or other public events. There is a pool but it has a fee for entry. Inside has a kiddie pool (very shallow) with obsticals and a slightly deeper section with a slide. There are grass and concrete open and cover areas. There is also a concession stand, lockers, showers restrooms and changing areas. The larger pool has a diving board with a 12' section and lanes for lap swimming. External to the pool but right beside it is a brand new kids playground with a an enclosed tiny for area on turf and what looks like foam noodles? Adjacent to the play grounds is a covered picnic/ BBQ grill area. It is open but can be reserved for parties. It has an enclosed off leash dog park separated for tiny/ old dogs and active ball chasers that might like to rough house. There are walking paths as well and in the back of the park connects to Gale's trail a several mile bike/walk path that has a couple of exits.

Beautiful park! There are multiple baseball fields, a great dog park, split into sections for older dogs and more playful larger dogs, and they have a swimming pool. Public restrooms were clean and have paper towels. Across the street if you go through peir park there is a dog beach.

Has an excellent dog park, great aquatic center including outdoor pool and lap pools. Christmas tree lighting there is wonderful. Many wonderful 5Ks begin and end there in the park. Families travel here for baseball and softball tournaments as there are also many fields. Great walking trail around the pond.

This park is AWESOME! Very clean and well kept. Playgrounds are separated by age which is nice, I don't have to worry about my little one getting trampled. There are also activities you can do with your child as well as an interactive app you can download to play games!

Pretty good fields to umpire a game. Good location. Great changing rooms. Bathrooms are very clean. Concession stands are very pricey. Plenty of restaurants close by.
Chris BakerMay 28, 2018
Great playgrounds, sports facilities looked nice, adequate parking. Got there too late to enjoy the aquatic area though- can't believe it closes at 4 on weekdays! Working parents want to enjoy family time too! They might consider having at least 1 weekday where they stay open later.

Awesome community resource for families with younger kids. Water activities are a great value for the price. Consider a shareable pass, 10 entries for $40 if you have group or attending more than once.
Wes RuddellJul 13, 2018
Lots and lots of space with large dedicated sports fields, general purpose fields, covered areas for picknicks and several restrooms. There is also big, well maintained playground for the kids. I was at the park for a an event so I didn't get to see all of it. Deffinately worth a visit to enjoy it's amenities for yourself.

Best public park I have every been to. The new children's playgrounds here are amazing. They are sectioned off into three age groups which facilitates play for younger and older kids alike. My kids loved the Lego-Esquire foam block building area. The pool looks amazing with lanes for competition and slides and water features for fun. This is the first public park I've seen with a stocked fish pond. We had a great time at the fishing rodeo. This was a highlight of our stay in PCB. We were here multiple times and will go back for sure next time.

You can tell this place is well maintained just from pulling into the parking lot. My daughter had a softball tournament here with her travel ball team & We traveled 3 hrs to play here. I loved how the parks laid out. The bathrooms are conveniently located to all the ball fields we played on that day. There's plenty of shade, refreshments & even a swim park for the hot summer days across from the dog park for fido to let out some energy. We were also there during the Jeep expo which was being held at this location so in between games I got to see all kinds of cool stuff from the fields.

I go to Frank Brown Park only two lap swim few times a week. It is an excellent Aquatic Facility. The pool is extremely clean, kept at a comfortable lap swim temperature and I've never had to wait for a lane no matter what time of day I go. The lifeguards are well disciplined and polite. The dressing room is usually fairly clean but maybe a little wet. It would sure be nicer if they had a separate dressing room for adult males. As it is my only issue is sometimes there are a lot of kids running around in the shower making a lot of noise and I'm chaos but it's fairly rare
