Adonis Baths is a waterfall near Krya Vrysi and Lakkos tou Fragkou. It is located 267 m above sea level. In the village of Koili, in the province of Pafos, where Mavrokolympos flows, the waters gather and form a small waterfall. These waters over the centuries eroded the soil and formed a small lake. According to Greek mythology, this is where Adonis and Aphrodite would meet to spend time together.

The map is showing 2 ways to the place, never take the northern road, you will not reach the destination and most probably need new tyres much earlier than expected. The other road is also bumpy but much better. About the place, very green and beautiful. You can take a bath and even relax on the sunbeds. Since the place is maintained and has facilities, the entrance is 9 euro for adults and 6 for kids (at least in Jan 2018)

A nice location, be sure to take an SUV though, the road states good for all vehicles but it was terrible, ended up scuffing the transmission of our vehicle from the uneven surface and rocks. When you get there it feels a little rundown and not maintained but the owner and staff were very friendly

Nature is beautiful, waterfalls are amazing !! Nice floating of man and woman energy you may feel there !! Refreshing water to make your blood to run in happiness ! if you are alone or only with few other people , ideal for meditation and spiritual growth. There are few things for managing team of that place to improve : road , and safety for visitors in the first place ! Bridge on upper level of waterfalls nearly will fall down and maybe even somebody will be hurt? also maybe some sculptors can try to make real sculpture of Aphrodite and Zeus ? will be nice if will be made of stone .instead of gyps to last long !

€9 entrance for something that was free until recently, there other much better places to visit for free nearby like Kremmiotis Falls....

Tranquil waterfall and pool. Went in week before Christmas (off season) and were the only guests here. Small place so I can see it becoming very crowded in summer. The road signs on the way there state "This road suitable for all cars" I would hate to see the alternative road that is not suitable for some cars as the suitable for all cars road I would hesitate to call a road at all. I'm not talking about a few potholes here and there , I'm talking a narrow single lane mountain pass with a shear drop at the side in places that a male goat would think twice about trying to navigate even if there was a nanny goat on heat sitting on top of a mountain of burgers at the other end! I would have got some pictures to share but I could not hold my phone to use as a camera as my fingers had all cramped into a white knuckled fists around my steering wheel after the first few minutes. If you have a hire car that has your credit card details on file then forget about it! I'm not joking. At one point I had to stop and make sure I had no fluids leaking (other than in my pants) as after one particular amateur stunt jump in my car that would have unlocked an achievement if I had been playing GTA V, I was convinced that something surely must have broke. The fact that i made it home is a testament to Hyundai. I've never rated them before but after that will seriously consider them upon my next purchase. All in all it was a nice day out. Certainly one we will not forget. The family had a great time both at the waterfalls and even more so on the drive there. The two year old was clapping and screaming happily like he was at a fun fair. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Will be going for another visit when we pass this way again and definitely in a 4x4.

This is definitely a must-see when in Cyprus! Beautiful location with stunning views. The Path to Adonis bath house alone is worth the journey. There are stunning hills and valleys with gorgeous lake as you make your way. The waterfalls are so gorgeous. It's a nice location to spend the day just try and come early so you don't miss day light.

This place was very interesting. We had a very scary and adventurous time on the quad bike to get to the bath we went to a very steep mountain my children loved it.

Peacefull place with refreshing bath hidden in the mountains. Worth getting there even the road is rough. Better go with 4x4.

The road going to the baths says it's suitable for all vehicles, it's not. Don't let the sign fool you. When you eventually get there it's a lovely place but not much to do other than walk around the baths or walk to the gorge. The baths are very very cold, I wasn't brave enough to go in this year but I've been in before and nearly lost my plums.

Stunning place unforgettable views. Good place for wild swimming in challenging cold water and relaxing spending time as well. Road for about last 2 km is difficult but drivable.

Baths and waterfall are reasonably pretty, but nothing that you would not see for free in the mountains in many other countries, so entrance price of 9 euro is unjustified - as well as kept undisclosed on signs until the entrance. Worst of all though is the access road to this attraction – the arrows repeatedly say the road is "good for all cars" , without ever mentioning how long road is. The reality, if you venture down that road, is that it is *not at all* suitable for normal rented cars , and that it lasts for many kilometers . It is instead a rocky, dusty, classic-four-wheel-drive road. We regretted having persisted with this trip, as at some point we hadspent so much time on this slow, dangerous road, that it felt having gone too far to abandon. NOT WORTH IT!!

Wonderful and peaceful place! In the middle of nowhere, even the path for coming is unknown. The price is quite expensive (9 euros just to see waterfall) and the way to come isn't that easy to drive

Not worth it. Very expensive for what it offers (9 Euros). The drinks are expensive (3 Euros for a Coke). In addition, it is deceptive; on the way they say "road for all cars", but the road is for a 4x4. What you have to see inside is small, barely enjoyable if you go on a weekend because there are many people. It is much better to go to any of the beaches in the area; They are free, nicer and with much more space.

The location is beautiful but it is a nightmare to get to! We drove ourselves to the area. It is well signposted and the signs say that it is suitable for all vehicles - but it really is not! The roads are narrow and treacherous - it is quite bumpy and it is more like travelling off road - If you are going to drive up then make sure you have a well equipped car or hire one of the quads available (or take a jeep safari). The area itself is beautiful but personally I don't think it's worth the 9 euro fee to get in. The pool is lovely and cool, we got there early but I can imagine it gets quite busy with people wanting to spend a bit of time going into the natural pool. There's a few paths leading off to different areas but you would need to have decent foot ware as there are streams and it's a bit rocky and it makes it a little bit slippery. Overall it's okay - beautiful views and some statues, but not worth the cost IMO.

Nice peaceful place to visit! Not massive but deffo worth a look! People are friendly and welcoming. The road to it is a bit of a giggle too! Got a lot of steps bit harder to take a buggy for a child but we managed just fine! Worth going!

Great attraction bit expensive for what it is. Family of 4 will cost €32 for what is essentially a pond. That said the kids loved it and we spent a fair amount of time there so it balanced itself out in the end. Also don't blindly follow google maps to get there. It'll take you down a road specifically for 4x4s and the road gets pretty hairy. There is signs dotted around. Follow those, again the road isn't great but your hire care should manage.
Andrei Sebastian Ardeleanu | Jun 22, 2018
Wonderful place. I enjoyed it very much. It has two small waterfalls with small ponds at their base. The lower one is the largest one and there you can jump from a tree or from cliffs into the water which is a bit cold, but bareable. Near the water there are sunbeds and benches where you can relax. To get there you must drive on a not so good road, but it worth it. To enter there you must buy a ticket of 9 euros/person.
Mark Davies | Jun 27, 2018
Would recommend a 4x4 even though signs say suitable for cars, roads are a bit treacherous, a nice relaxing spot with 2 very small waterfalls and a pool for swimming, at 9 euros each to enter it is quite expensive for what is there, a small cafe that serves soft drinks but no food, take your swimming gear because there's not much else to do.

Stunning place. As a Greek-Cypriot citizen I think that the prices were a bit high (9 euros for adults and 7 for children). The road is very bumpy so you might need to take an off road car. The water is very cold because it comes from the mountain so just warning you about that. Overall it's a good place:)
Richard Catterson | Aug 2, 2018
Awesome place and certainly feels mythical. The water is cold so takes a bit of getting used to but once your good to go the jumps from the waterfall are fantastic fun. You can jump from around 4 metres or 15 off the top of the waterfall if you're a bit of a nutter.

The waterfalls are super nice but they claim the ‘road is good for all cars’ but it’s not at all. They don’t take cards so bring cash because last time we drove all the way through the dirt road only to have to leave again. Also it’s so run down and dirty. There’s broken sun beds everywhere, smelly rubbish bins, cigarettes, graffiti and it’s so unsafe. It’s worth paying to go see because it’s beautiful, but someone needs to fix it up.
Emilie Declaron | Jul 18, 2018
€9 rip off. Avoid. The area itself is beautiful. You have to take a dirt road to access Adonis Baths, very scenic though small cars will struggle. The waterfall area is pretty small, and very crowded. The water isn’t clean, there is a waste pipe discharging inside... it’s a shame as the place must have been lovely before someone turned it into a run-down tourist attraction.
