Музей Пикассо (фр. Musée national Picasso) открылся в 1985 году в Париже и посвящён творчеству Пабло Пикассо.

Beautiful museum and building. I was there for the erotic paintings exhibition from 1932. I got the audio guide - it was certainly worth the 4€ because there was otherwise very little information available in English(and French really). Also the museum shop was great with a lot of prints on offer and many other gifts from scarfs to mugs to children's paint like Picasso books. (There was another store for the museum right outside the entrance but I didn't find any prints there.)

Really nice renovated building. Not too much art per room, so the rooms don't get overcrowded. There is just enough art to keep interested. There is also a small place for a lunch, but when the roof terrace is closed, there is not much room to sit unfortunately. I'd then recommend to go to one of the restaurants in the neighbourhood.

So much information about the Spanish artist under one spectacular roof. Great to see his work in real life. The building itself is a masterpiece. Staff are extremely informed and helpful. I'd definitely recommend the audio tour. There's one for children and adults. Children's tour 3pm Sundays.

A very enjoyable couple of hours here at a museum dedicated to the one artist and his life / influences. Went for the 1932 exhibition- outlining the life and works of Picasso over the course of one year. Highly recommend- very interestingly put together and brings a lot of context to him as an artist.

Beautiful works of Picasso with plenty of background information about himself. Great for tourists who don't speak French: almost everything is translated in English in this museum! Unfortunately the 2nd floor was closed, but this did not make it any less enjoyable!

Great place to spend couple of hours in central Paris in Mara is district. It's better to get tickets in advance but wait time was not bad for Sunday midday (25 min.). Nice cafe on the upper level and three floors of everything Picasso from his early years in late 1890s till his death in early 1970s.

Very nice museum with a decent collection, worth your two hour visit, especially if you are a Picasso fan. I would recommend starting on the 3rd floor (the artist’s private collection) and making your way down, instead of the usual path. Price: 17 Euros +5 if you wish to get the audio tour.

Loved this so much!! The staff was helpful and the entire place was beautifully laid out. Definitely recommend the €4 audio guide—it gives so much information about different time periods in the painter’s life. It has guides in English, French, German, and Chinese. This museum is great for any art lover.

Incredible gallery with a vast collection of work from the master. Most you will never see anywhere else or even in print. Inspiring, powerful and moving so see how prolific and creative he was for his entire life. Most accomplished artist the world has ever known

The museum itself was beautiful. The layout was nice and the staff were friendly. However, I am not a huge fan of all of Picasso's works, so I wasn't too interested or impressed in the breadth of the collection or the art itself, as much as others might be.

If you love Picasso then obviously this is worth checking out, but if you're not a huge fan I'm not sure it's worth your time considering how many other museums there are in Paris. The amount of paintings/drawings seemed sparse for the space and I wasn't a huge fan of the layout. They don't have many of his most famous works either, which made it a little underwhelming. If you have the Museum Pass and are in the neighbourhood it's worth a stop but otherwise I wouldn't bother. Very cute neighbourhood though!

Museum staff on strike: what a shame... Those strikers are selfish spoiled brats with nothing but their incompetence and laziness to offer the world. What have they done for France lately? Sit down on their behind watching over masterpieces for a living... Really tough gig. Fire them all and hire some of the 10% unemployed people who would be happy to take their places... I demand that my daughters get to enjoy visiting the museums her French and American ancestors fought to keep and build. Those strikers are such losers and posers... Still a sad state of affairs in France... Much more reforming needs to be done.

The Location: Metro # 1, exit "St. Paul". 15 minutes walk from metro station. No visible sign outside the metro station. Bring a local map with you!! It was quite challenging for me to find the museum. There are two more museums nearby. The Admission: 11 euro (included in museum pass) How can I miss the opportunity to check out a museum only dedicated to the famous Picasso!!! Few floors of exhibitions. Nice museums, very elegant and classy. Very detail display about his career and his personal life. Beautiful paintings~ really enjoy this museum!

Lovely house to walk around and relax in. A great garden you can sit in and clear your mind. If you’re in to art or just want some time out of the hustle and bustle, this is a great way to escape. Under 26s have free entry.

Never be a fan of Picasso. But it didn't changed the fact that the museum is very well curated. Vast collection of master pieces without doubt. But more importantly & interestingly, there is a very big collection of less well known pieces and practices. It shown the development of the artistic, wonderful museum for fan and non fan

Few Picasso paintings to see due to the two top floors being closed (yet they charge full price). They close everything early - official closing time is 6 pm, but at 5:40 we couldn't go down to the basement floor. They also would not allow my 3 year old daughter to use their restroom when we were leaving at 5:58 pm, although they were happy to leave the gift shop open. Do not waste your time or money here - there are far better museums in Paris.

Beautiful museum with several floors housing Picasso's artwork, artwork and archives related to or inspired by Picasso, as well as an exhibit related to the design of the museum itself. Permanent collection of Picasso's earlier works and his person art collection. Small cafe with patio provided a nice place to take a rest. The courtyard was also very beautiful for taking pictures. I paid about 12 euro for my entry ticket.

Amazing museum filled with tons of art from the legend Picasso himself. There are also many more artists’ work that you can view there. You can spend hours going through each floor of the museum. They arrange it beautifully and an organize it in a nice timeline style. Go check it out!

Skip this one. Only one floor was open and there was no warning before you got your tickets. We had museum pass, but I would have been very annoyed if I had paid to come here. Best part was the air conditioning. There are definitely other museums in Paris with more works by Picasso to visit instead.
