Recommended but not higly.Go and visit if you have enough time to stay and not really good plan for the day. You will no regret going but might not be fully satisfied either.So for adults and youths with no real interest in museum, this might further worsen your interest but for museum lovers there is always something new in every museum.So person like me finds it good.

Went during their open door day, so even typically closed areas were open to the public, which was interesting. The museum consisted of just two exhibits, they're eagerly awaiting reconstruction of the old building so they can get back to normal. Quite nice way to spend your afternoon nevertheless.

Missing a lot of the permanent exhibits at the moment, as it is being renovated. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed seeing all the specimens. I found the posters and captions very detailed and informative too.

We went to this museum because it came highly recommended however we were SORELY disappointed. The staff member that was in charge of ticket sales was incredibly rude, possibly one of the rudest people I've ever met in my life. We asked for the family package (it was not stated on the board whether children had to be below a certain age) and the woman berated us for asking and said 'I don't see any children here. Who are they?' As my dad began to explain that we're his kids, she yelled at him and said 'Look at me when you're talking. I can't hear you.' Service was incredibly disappointing. We walked out of there right after this woman's verbal abuse.

Huge place where you can see pieces of art from any period of Hungary. Great exhibiton is named "Golden age of gothic" and contains the older arts but atmosphere of this place is magical.
