A pleasant surprise. New to the area and this was my first visit to The Radnorshire Arms, a spur of the moment decision to give it a try and I wasn't disappointed. Sunday, so had to have the roast beef as some wise food critic once said the way to test the capabilities of any eating establishment was to order the Sunday roast. If they could get that right then chances were that rest of food would be good. I ordered mussels in a wonderful creamy sauce which came with a chunk of bread to sop up the sauce. Great. Followed this with the roast beef alongside copious amount of roast and boiled new potatoes, an enormous Yorkshire pudding and token greens, red cabbage together with a brilliant jus/gravy - yum, yum. The dessert menu looked tempting but just had no room to do it justice, so something to consider on my next visit. I had heard mixed reviews on food at The Radnor so really pleased I stopped by and enjoyed a great lunch and can reassure others that they should not be disappointed at this establishment.

What an amazing little find this was! Really good prices, which is handy as there's not much near where I was working. Food was fantastic, chef clearly enjoys his job. Staff were lovely, special mention to Hannah as she was full of info about the local area and indeed the hotel itself. Really nice place, can't wait to come back.

We were a big party and they looked after us brilliantly. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms and an amazing chef he even came out to see us to sort meals personally for the next day, excellent standard.

The room was nice with Jacuzzi bath and shower ensuite and the food was of high standard every night. There's limited parking I would advise you arrive before 18:00 hrs.
