Please note that the following policy will go into effect once the Mexican National Weather Center issues a hurricane watch to the area of Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta
Anticipated Departures – Clients with early departures due to hurricane threat will receive a certificate for the remaining unused nights
Certificate is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash
Clients must re-book within 30 days
No Shows – No show penalties will be waived up to 3 days after hurricane strikes
Rescheduling – When wishing to postpone their vacation, the Hotels will allow rescheduling without a change fee and will guarantee the original rate to travel by December 20th, 2016, subject to availability
The reservation is not transferrable and any additional guests or nights will be booked at current rate
Cancellations – There will be no penalties for all passengers scheduled to travel within 72 Hours or less before a hurricane strikes
Guests must cancel through the same channel they booked their trip

We always stay here. Convenient to Old Town. Love being able to walk out the doors and walk around. Rooms are what you expect. Summer pools are crowded. Service is always great. Large selection of food.
Our experience at this all inclusive resort was excellent! All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Though they do try to get you to attend their sales pitch, it was not a hard sales and did not detract from the experience. The rooms were well kept. It can get noisy on some nights due to their activities at the pool though. We booked through travelocity and had requested the quietest room possible and they did their best to accommodate (we had the room furthest from all of the noise, though it still came through it did stop about 10 pm). The buffet selection was pretty impressive, though I would have liked to see fruit available at more of the meals (it was only at breakfast). Their seaside restaurant is nice for an ocean view dinner; the cuisine changes though I'm not sure of the schedule. The drinks flowed freely, with several bars available during the day and staff making their circles to top you off. They have a good amount of activities going on as well; our personal favorite was the daily 'cooking' lesson, with the obvious post tasting. The beach is rocky, so not the greatest for playing but we preferred hanging out at the pool instead. There's the main pool which is bisected by a walking bridge, a second smaller pool which is sometimes used for their activities (water volleyball) and a toddler's pool. We loved the toddler pool for our little one, it's shallow and has a few fountains for them to play with. Would definitely come back here!
We LOVED it! The people take GREAT care of you, the food is great, the city is wonderful. BUT, the one thing we DIDN'T like was, when you first get there the have to "talk" to you, the "vacation club" this starts at the airport when they pull you aside. DON'T stop to talk to anyone, go straight to the taxi area, then when you get to the "talk" part tell them you already heard the "talk" because they take almost one full day away from you if you. Its like a time share talk. If your interested, keep saying to much money, they will find the right price for YOU. Blessings, and have fun.
