Me and my new wife came here for our honeymoon and so we were not disappointed. From our room we have a beautiful scenic view of palm trees and the ocean, it really has that exotic jungle feel to it. The pool is awesome, beautifully tiled and a comfortable temperature. The room itself has a nice balcony jacuzzi which was a pleasant surprise for us and was quite relaxing. The staff was extremely helpful and room service was nice too (they fold the towels into little animals, while not important, fun). Overall a very comfortable experience and would recommend it to anyone.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them at HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This place was average. Expected more because of the Regina name. Rooms need to be upgraded. Customer service varied from great to below average. Pools and beach are nice. Beach is smaller than I expected. A short walk to the Marina.
Loved it so much been here 3 times. Staff is always friendly specials thanks to Raquel, Luis, Eduardo, Tony, and many more that always take the time to help with our every need.
