Arch of the Sergii (Croatian: Slavoluk Sergijevaca) is an Ancient Roman triumphal arch located in Pula, Croatia. The arch commemorates three members of the Sergii family, specifically Lucius Sergius Lepidus, a tribune serving in the twenty-ninth legion that participated in the Battle of Actium and disbanded in 27 BC. This suggests an approximate date of construction: 29–27 BC. The arch stood behind the original naval gate of the early Roman colony. The Sergii were a powerful family of officials in the colony and retained their power for centuries.

Beautiful place to visit. You can take really cool pictures. There are also some cafés and restaurants next to the arch.
Arch of the Sergi or Golden Door , built in 29 b.c. In honor of three brothers of the Sergia family , especially for Lucius Sergius Lepidus who was Roman Tribun in Roman Legion in the battle near Akcija.
It's a nice arch. Quite old. I used to drive a car through it in the late eighties. Now it's not allowed anymore. Still a nice arch ;) You can enjoy a view from nearby coffee shops (there's one on the nearby roof terrace - don't miss it!)
I nice place, Restaurants, Cafés and Bars. You Come strait into the City, oldtown. You will have a lot to see around your self. 👍👍👍👍
Quite a spectacular sight. Nothing much else than an arch but the surrounding buildings are interesting. Bars and restaurants close by too!

Holy history! How beautiful is this arch! I can't believe it's still standing, really thankful that I was able to see this. It's definitely worth seeing!
A beautiful historical place in the middle of the city, great place to take your photos. Surrounding is full of caffs or little restaurants where you can take a rest or a meal 🍵
Worth a visit while in Pula Also the small pub beside it has a thank you letter from the President of Irelsnd who visited Pula in 2013.
This arch resembles as a miniature of the Arch de Triumph in Paris. A historical monument worth visiting when in Pula. Note the details around the monument.
