Queenscliff is the terminal railway station of the Queenscliff branch line that originally branched off the main Warrnambool line near South Geelong in Victoria, Australia. The station was originally opened on 21 May 1879, the current station building constructed in 1881 and is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register.
The station was linked to Swan Island by a 3 foot gauge tramway for transport of goods between the years of 1886 and 1958.
It is called "The Blues Train". To restore the train and surroundings, the restoration group has created a fabulous evening out. Dinner is served at the station, drinks bought and then a 30 minute trip to Suma station with Blues music playing in each railway carriage. There are 4 carriages and at each stop you switch carriages, buy more drinks and enjoy another band. Highly recommended.

Blues Train outstanding! Great night with top performers. Food was excellent. Apparently provided by a local caterer.

Beautiful railway with plenty of scenery. I love how it changes from seaside to farm land. Great place to take the kids out. All locomotives in excellent condition and restored to their former glory.
