Peaceful, picturesque park with excellent facilities and only a short walk to town, gondola and other activities. Whether you're using it as a base camp to go out and explore or happy to sit by the parks own creek and feed the ducks, this is an ideal choice. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in the RV and would recommend. They left our welcome pack in the postbox due to being late arrivals which was extremely accomodating. Thank you!
What an awesome park! Clean, friendly community with space to move around. Fantastic location in walking distance of all the fun, food and festivities!
A very well-kept campground in Queenstown. Staff is mostly friendly and are all very helpful. I would say it is more suitable for campervans than camping in tent. I was sleeping in a tent and some tent spots are very close to the road and can get very loud at night, especially on the weekends with drunk people hanging out on the street behind the campground. They have quite a few kitchen/bathroom facilities, which is a great convenience. Overall, a good campground in a very central location.
Beautiful place!!! Staff really nice, bathrooms cleans, amazing beautiful and interesting barbecue, a small river to hear the sound of the water, trees and plants. Beautiful camping, I would love to stay more or come back in the future. Near the Center.
This is the best campsite we have ever been to... honestly! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the whole site and facilities were beautifully designed, and the location was perfect for walking into town and in its surroundings! We stayed here for 4 nights, camping in a tent! We were on a pitch with excellent grass coverage, under shade, and so close to a kitchen, T.V. room and laundry! The toilet block was only a short walk away too. WiFi was excellent across the park as well! There is luggage storage if necessary, outdoor barbecues, excellent recycling stations (earning its environmentally friendly status), and clothes lines! They even had sprinklers to keep the ground well maintained! The location is excellent; close to a supermarket, huge park and town itself! It also cuts off a significant portion of the residential route to the start of the Queenstown Hill Track! The price is more than we’ve payed in other towns, but this is reflected in both the popularity and prices of Queenstown and what you get for your money at the site itself, so no qualms there! If you’re in Queenstown, there really is no other place to stay; tent pitches, camper van sites and lodges were available, so good range of options!
