Spent the day going to Milford Sound. Brian, our guide, was welcoming, informative and super friendly. Paid extra for the front of the bus and it was worth it. Views were other-worldly. Ship tour ... breathtaking. Super staff there too. Top notch experience!! Thanks to Brian and the entire staff. I want to do the overnight on the Sound now!!

They offer a bunch of different tours here. Talk to them and discuss the options. Consider the alternatives with other companies too, many have similar things going on, so decide what is best for you. Staff here are very helpful.

We did a Milford Sound nature cruise and this was s a really nice time. Our driver, Barry did a great job and the crew on the ship were great! Everyone from start to finish was easy to work with.

Walter Peak High Country Farm your and BBQ lunch were amazing. Would do it anytime. Really high quality boat ride, outstanding show, and the best lunch I’ve had in Queenstown. Well done!!!

Friendly staff when booking tickets over the phone, and the wonderful front desk staff when collecting tickets and checking in. The TSS Earnslaw cruise to Walter Peak Farm was a little squeezy with tourist busloads short on time and a bit pushy. Was a bit disappointed that there was no animal feeding as an option since we had booked the gourmet BBQ lunch. The shearing demo and sheep round-up by the resident working dogs was informative but not great for young children (which animal feeding/petting would have been much better). Lunch is a must-do. Absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked BBQ meats, fresh salads, beautifully presented. Well staffed and trained, excellent service, on a picturesque location.
