Great views and the swing and zip line were great. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed with staff making constant jokes and sarcasm around safety. On multiple occasions staff pretended to push me over the edge, with a little push in the back which left me feeling on edge and unsure if I could trust the staff. The drive home was also intersting watching a 'bloopers' video of people who were obviously scared before jumping, this seemed a little disrespectful and overall unprofessional.

Fantastic family experience with our young teenage daughters. Highly recommended to do AFTER jet boating as this is more exciting.

The Canyon Swing is really something else. A great, exhilarating experience with breathtaking views. Staff are experienced and fun. A tad expensive at $600 for two people including the photo + videos.

Excellent thrilling experience! The staff are friendly and care great deal of your safety. The pricing for the video and photos from them is slightly on the steep side though.

Amazing experience, staff were excellent and always willing to have a laugh. Views were absolutely spectacular, and in our opinion the swing was the most exhilarating thing we have done in Queenstown. Definitely be adventurous in your jumping style you won't regret it. The fox was very good too, we have been on other zip lines before and I thought this one would be the same but the initial 5 meter drop really mixed things up and gave an adrenaline jolt to start the otherwise quite scenic and relaxing trip (that being said I'm not afraid of heights so you may think the rest of the fox is exciting too). The second fox was pretty standard but they had two lines side by side so you can race someone if you want. All up I really recommend this to anyone who is in Queenstown and is looking for a bit of a scenic thrill.

Man oh man, what a blast! The staff at this place are epic, so much fun and very friendly. For a newer attraction they are definitely running a very tight ship. This is allot of fun, get ready for a short walk up a hill! If I had one suggestion, it would be to get the videos set up a little better for the canyon fox, the pictures are alright, but a video would be awesome.

This is seriously a thrilling and adventurous one. We did both the swing and fox. It was a good. Initially we were scared but when we went here , we were convinced and decided to jump. They have a shuttle from their office at Queenstown to canyon, and from there you got to walk for 500metres, this was hard. Try this and don't miss it. What else can you do the adrenaline capital of the world!

We did this on our first day in Queenstown and we would've under appreciated the exceptional level of customer service the staff gave as we kind of expected it as the standard. After going to other activities it really stood out at how above and beyond the staff go here. The staff are enthusiastic at every point and are living for every bit of banter they can engage in. The fox and the swing are unique exciting activities that you should definitely do regardless with how scared you are. If you appear too confident the staff try to psyche you out a bit, which is part of the thrill, but if you're less comfortable they ease you into it. Such a fun activity. Such a beautiful location. 10/10 best staff in Queenstown.
