Huge museum for free - if you like to read a lot it's perfect. The upper areas are buildt in an interesting way. Worth to have a look but somehow it's crazy to see all this military stuff while there are still so many wars going on.

Now, I liked this tower because it looks cook and I love its name, Pulvertornis. Beware however if you visit the war museum that you need to know either Latvian or Russian to get something out of it. Also, if you are prone to feeling that someone is following you around, the museum is not for you. Each exhibit has a woman sitting in there, not saying anything. As soon as they all lost us from their view they walked up to us not saying anything. Awkward.

Very interesting building. Inside there is an interesting war museum. Worth a visit and also a nice photo stop.
