A relatively hidden gem just off Campo de' Fiori. If you want to see works by del Sarto, Gentileschi, Carracci, Borromini, etc, but want to avoid the tourist crowds, definitely visit! Be sure to wave at the long-term furry residents of the courtyard (Spada is also home to a little cat sanctuary).

Very small art gallery with lots of historic paintings! The courtyard is small but lovely and it has a very interesting sculpture!

A good art collection. Some rare pieces. The most interesting is perhaps the way the paintings were exhibited, style of 15 and 16 th centuries. Quite different from how we would do it today. Small gallery, only for rooms, can be done in an hour our so. The false collonade outside is amazing and free to visit.

Free on first Sunday of the month. Borromini's perspective corridor (as seen in The Great Beauty) is a must. A genius work of art and mathematics and so playful. The four rooms of the Galleria are really worth the visit, each room filled with original masters, some copies, and beatiful ceiling frescoes. Use the printed guide for reference. Don't miss the trompe l'oeil windows on the outside of the palazzo.
