Very artistic restaurant in terms of their meal choices and presentation. The flavours were a little too varied for my taste. The price was extremely high per person but if you want an exclusive menu that you will not find anywhere else near the top of the City of Rovinj then it may be worth a try.

Great food. Wine pairing takes you through local wines. There are some remarkable wines on the list as well. Price is rather on the expensive side: expect ~220 USD per person for 6 courses plus wine pairing. 10% tips extra are expected in Croatia.

This was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had! Despite our high expectations, we were positively surprised with every course. We ordered the 7 course menu which contained very unusual combinations. First few courses were fish dishes, then few meat dishes and finally two very original desserts. The staff was more than friendly, and their sommelier had perfectly paired wines. Prices were steep, but worth every cent!

A fantastic degustation meal: officially five courses but in fact ten. Service was wonderful. As well there's a take home goody bag of chocolates and oil. And the biscuits are especially yum. Highly recommended to those fortunate to be able to afford it.

Foodgasm! Simply amazing. We tried the blue menu with wine pairing, both the food and wine choice were fabulous. the sommelier was one of the best that i have ever met, very genuine and on point with each and every one of his recommendations. The waiting staff were also very professional, friendly and attentive. Ambiance was also very beautiful. My wife and I have tried many fine dining places around the world and have to say Monte is definitely one of the best experience we've ever had.
