You will not find a similar museum anywhere else! Not for the faint of heart. Edit: People complain about the queue, but when I was there it did not exist. Go on weekdays during the day.

Not as grand as some of the other museums you will come across in Moscow and St Peters, but the place still has enough interesting stuff to make it a worthwhile visit. Most of the buzz around this place seems to be related to the deformed human section, which actually is a small part of the museum to be honest. Liked the place overall, although it was smaller than what I expected!

Beautiful Museum Super complete and full of interesting stuff. The mobile app is superb. Could be improved cause some audios are mismatched (China audio is repeated in another room). Obvs the highlights are the monsters in the second floor. Super interesting

Kunstkamera is a very interesting museum, totally different from other museums in Saint Petersburg. This is ethnology and anteopology museum. Main part of the exhibition is to see how other cultures and people lived through the years. You can see Indians, Asian, Eskims, Tahtian, African people and others through the ages, their clothes and assesories used, models of houses and hunting weapons...there is also a part of Lomonosov exhibition on a third floor, presenting a science exponents....if you are in Saint Petersburg it is worth to have one more hour to visit Kunstkamera. Believe that time 1-1,5 hour is enough to visit this museum.
