Nice park, with a lake. Bring some food and drinks and have a picnic here. Soccer games, bird watchers, runners, and people just enjoying the day. There are no restaurants, only some vendors selling shaved ice, fruits, chips, sodas. La Pura Vida!

The biggest park in San Jose...!! Great place to exercise or simply take a walk. The park has soccer, basketball, softball, and baseball fields as well as a skate rink and various tracks for running. The park is well maintain with easy access from any part of the city.

They have a lake with little boats for a ride, football courts, a running track, skate's area, basketball courts, playgrounds and the national gymnasium and stadium.. You can also find kids' entertainment and food for sale. Only cash accepted

Family place! Nice to do excersise and go try to scape of the city stress! If you play Pokemon Go has a lot of stops and Pokemons! :)

It's the best place in San Jose if you wanna go for a walk or a stroll. It's safe enough as to take your children along, I usually take my 2 year old over there and he really enjoys running around.

I loved taking walks here. Great for walking and seeing the La Sabana square. Also good if you want to play futbol

Huge park. We had a good time. Couple of bathrooms. Pond. Paddle boats to rent. Playgrounds. Ducks. Bamboo.lots of the artwork is in disrepair

Big park with a lake, plenty of basketball courts, soccer fields, even baseball fields. There's a pool which one can play to get in. There's the biggest stadium in CR. Great place to go with the family

Awsome place to exercise and hangout lot of happy people working out and playing different sports. It is mostly crowded from morning to evening. Haven't ever been here at night's.

I'm from United States so coming to Costa Rica for the first time I had no idea what to expect. So far everyone has been so helpful and friendly. Lightning and thunder at noon. The weather is a perfect 78°. Balmy. I'm loving this so far.
